The media in the hip pocket of big oil and coal? Sounds like an outrageous claim given how much those industries get blasted on the networks. But thats just what the CEO of the Al Gores Alliance for Climate Protections We Campaign has alleged.
CEO Cathy Zoi, in an Oct. 8 e-mail, complained that ABC, CBS and CNN aired TV spots for the oil and coal industry during the Oct. 7 presidential debate, but ABC was refusing to air theirs.
Did you notice the ads after last nights presidential debate? Zoi wrote. ABC had Chevron. CBS had Exxon. CNN had the coal lobby. But you know what happened last week? ABC refused to run our Repower America ad the ad that takes on this same oil and coal lobby.

Something phony going on here.
I wonder what the real story is.
No ad budget - so they whip up a controversy so people seek it out and watch it online. You can get Superbowl reach for pennies on the dollar.
Maybe ABC didn’t want the spotlight to turn back on the loony Democrat energy policies? Sometimes you just have to save the Democrats from themselves. lol.
Who knows why they rejected the ad. The ad sounds like something you’d hear on the nightly newscast anyway.
They probably couldn’t afford the going ad rates so now they bitch that their ad was “refused”..........
Latest Weather Channel headline:
ABC PUTS PLUG IN GORE’S GLOBAL FLATULENCE!
They have $100 million according to Gore - including his Nobel money.
Lardass Al probably wanted to run it as a public service announcement.
That’s not a lot..............
I would really like to see “Global Warming Swindle” aired in the U.S.
