Why did the Obama spokesman just spend 5 minutes calling Sean Hannity an anti-Semite?
Was this guy trying to make a nuanced argument, is he a loose cannon, or is this how the Obama campaign is ratcheting up the debate?
How can anybody explain spending 5 minutes after a debate calling ANYBODY in the MSM an anti-Semite and get away with it?
Obama has to refute this immediately.

I didn’t see it, but have caught Gibbs the last few weeks. It sounds like the events of the last few days have him thinking that it may be over for obama. He gets his ass kissed on rhino joe show and gets fair treatment otherwise. His response to the ayers developments demonstrates damage done to the campaign....I hope someone can post the audio of his interviews regarding this subject. Tom Sullivan showed played some of them.

And that's what McCain has to do between now and the next election. He has to explain what Sarah Palin's role in his administration will be.

The guy was trying to make a nuanced argument about guilt-by-association by taking a comment from a guest on Hannity's weekend show, and saying that by allowing it to be aired Hannity was tacitly supporting it and therefore was an anti-Semite.
The problem is, this guy didn't stop once the academic point-of-distinction was obvious. He went on for his entire segment by pounding Hannity as an anti-Semite.

Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs told FOX News on Friday that Obama did not know of Ayers' history when he held a campaign event for him in 1995.
Barack Obama didn't know that William Ayers was a terrorist when William Ayers introduced him to Chicago politics in 1995 in his home! What a liar!
Everyone in Chicago knew it because Ayers is an unrepentant TERRORIST to this day!
This is what I thought was good about what McCain did tonight. He laid the groundwork for controlling the discussion over the next days and he laid some traps for the Obambi campaign that they won't be able to resist falling into.

It started with the Boma water carrier claiming Hannity interviewed a person who he claims is an anti semite on his program exposing Boma.
Hannity said he has interviewed all types of people over the yrs. including Boma’s pastor.
This was Boma’s water carrier’s way to twist around the argument.
