The Reason Why Philip Ber's Lawsuit may not be gaining Traction (Vanity)
Various ^ | 10/07/08 | BigEdLB

Sadly, I think the effort to disprove Barack Hussein Obama's citizenship needs a more reputable advocate.

Philip J Berg is a 9-11 Truther, and wanted O'Connor, Scalia and Thomas disbarred over their decision regarding Bush v Gore
http://www.whitecloud.com/our_struggle_getting_over_it.htm

I feel bad about this, but see why so few people want to touch this now.

I don't know if this is a proper vanity post but I wanted all folks who are scared of Obama as I am, and looking for a way to keep him from winning, this may be a proper avenue, but may not have the best champion.

Fact is the MSM and politicians are afraid to take on anything with race involved and they have tied their own hands.

Granted, he has a bad track record. But I’m cheering him on for this one all the way. Because I know Obama Osama Hussein is hiding something.

I heard that Phil Berg admitted that he was a Hillary supporter so what you posted figures.

Who is bringing the suit shouldn’t matter, only if his suit has support in the law.

That said, it often does matter. Emmanuel Goldstein (Eric Corley) lost the 2600/DeCSS case in part because of who he is.

I think Berg is part of the old Democrat Party structure allied to the Clintons that have just witnessed Obama steal their party.

If Obama wins - he will eventually purge Clinton loyalists which includes mainly white Dems.

The polls do not show it but a lot of Democrats will be voting McCain to try to get their party back. The whole party is based on patronage etc. Jobs and livelihoods are at stake. Govt jobs, union jobs, etc. Obama will push Hillary white Dems out of jobs.

No one has mentioned this but the war inside the Dem Party is still raging. The Clinton people are regrouping. Their only survival is to get McCain elected.

>>>Their [Democrat] only survival is to get McCain elected.<<<

That factor combined with a significant percentage of voters that won't answer a poll because they don't want to be asked about race issues may be enough to swing the deal.

That, and the possibility that McCain would run a brilliant campaign from here on out.....but that's a long shot!

The old shoot the messenger message.

I don’t care who the guy is as long as he’s following the letter of the law.

Yep Obama will destroy the Clintons and their wing if he gets elected and they know it

Problem is their arrogance in the past turned the MSM against them and the MSM doesn't need them to thwart the GOP

So they have their work cut out for them because the MSM will ignore them

The one tactic they have is not doing the usual get out the vote in the big cities

I am seeing this in local Dems. They have other Dem signs up at home but not Obama or no signs. They are probably union or govt worker types or something connect to patronage jobs. They will be voting McCain.

The good news may be Clinton loyalist Ed Rendell in PA. He may make sure Philly or Pittsburgh is not stolen by Obama. Rendell’s future may be cloudy if Obama keeps the Dem Party.

I am not sure about Richardson in NM. He sucked up to Obama but was dissed by Barry though Richardson I think dropped Hillary at the last minute.

I suspect the real reason is that it’s not much of a suit, which is why it only attracted a protagonist like Ber. If you’re going to insist on the exact literal meaning of the qualifications, a close reading will show that there are no living eligible people.

How is it supposed to get traction? Through the biased media? That’s not going to happen. I do think the reason the Republicans don’t want to push it is because they don’t want to face hillary.

He’s an angry PUMA, and that’s who we need to be supporting right now.

What we want is a total DNC mulligan, not just Biden slipping in to the Presidency.

The RATS have known about this at least as long as we have, let them tear themselves to pieces over this.

These are the same people who got McCain to win the primary in the first place, by registering Republican.

Some good news: I have a good friend who adores Biden, but today she told me even Joe wasn't enough for her to pull the lever for Obama. She said she doesn't trust Obama because he tells people what they want to hear. It seems the older people are onto him, while the younger ones want to believe in their articulate, fast-talking Messiah.

You have a freid who adores Biden? Creepy. LOL! ;-) She hang out at Home Depot looking for him? ;-)

I think we will also see some good and weird sh*t soon with younger people especially females. The more they see Sarah pulling crowds 2 x and 2.25 times Obama they may think twice.

I work with a Hillary Dem lady and she likes Sarah as a person. She is voting Obama - she loathes Obama.

Sarah charms people and has that Reagan positive that WINS elections. Very important. You can beat on your oppponent and still sound positive.

Why would anyone vote for someone they hate? Not logical. Tell her that vote means approval, maybe she'll change her mind.

Neither my friend or I have seen Joe Biden at Home Depot. I did meet his son at the State Fair though....and I gave him a piece of my mind.

Huh?

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President...."

The comma between "United States" and "at the time" makes the condition "at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution" apply equally to both classes of citizen. So all the eligible citizens are now dead.

Not meant seriously, but it does show what happens when we strain after Constitutional gnats.

I thought “at the time of the adoption of this constitution” referred to 1787. In 1789, at the time of the election of the first U.S. President, everyone over the age of 13 had been born in the British colonies.
