Up front, this is a vanity post. Vanity in that this is my personal "heart" regarding the current time in which we live.
I welcome your feedback and comments.
The 2008 election is one that according to who you listen you "The most important election in our history".
On one side, Barack Obama & Joe Biden. On the other John McCain and Sarah Palin.
One candidate believes the "He is a symbol". The other believes he has a duty to protect and defend American.
On one side you have a vp candidate with 30+ years experience in politics. On the other a vp candidate with very little "Washington Experience."
In case you have not been paying attention, there are a number of people who support Barack Obama in a way that goes beyond traditional support for a presidential candidate.
People chant his name as if he was a messiah. Popular singers sing his name and enourage crowds to get involved.
This week a video was released that show children singing hymns to Barack Obama in exactly the same way the Hitler youth were encouraged to sing for their leader.
At the same time a college student recently wrote about coming to Barack as "Coming to Jesus".
Not too far in our distant past if these type of events were to occur the candidate, regardless of the party, would have quickly spoken out and reminded America that our best hope relies in God. Not in any man.
Strangly enough, Barack Obama has been silent. He appears to welcome the worship of man as if he somehow gains strength through their worship.
Biblically speaking, a false idol is anything that takes place over God. It could be a habit, a possession or a man.
Barack Obama welcomes the worship of the crowds. He gains strength from the adoration of the worshippers that follow him. Whether he admits it or not, Barack Obama has become a false idol.
Am I the only one that was brought up to believe that America was founded on the belief that God was behind our nations foundations?
I know whom I worship. I know where my salvation is. Unlike the college student who found Barack to be her Jesus I shall not give Barack Obama my worship.
Although I have no physical evidence to show, something in my soul tells me that Barack Obama is dark. Something about him, whether his inability to openly discuss his faith, his relationship with terrorists, his relationship with a pastor that proudly proclains "God Dam* America" or lastly his friendship with Oprah and her spiritual advisor who listens to a "spirit" called "The source" that has told him that "The God of the bible can't be trusted" or "You are just like God" and "You can say "I AM THAT I AM" just like God.
There is more riding this election that who will lead the nation. Something spiritual is happening on a level perhaps unseen.
A darkness is trying to cover this great land. One that will remove our freedoms and open the door for our enemies to rejoice over us once and for all.
May God cause us to turn to him in these times.
We should all remember that in the days of Samuel, God would have sent David first but the nation asked for Saul and experienced many years of hardship as a result.
Incomimg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
http://www.faithfreedom.org/obama.html, read The Making of a fuerher- the best explanation Ive found of the Obama- worship insanity.
can anyone point me to the scripture where God would’ve sent David but the people got Saul? I want to read through that. TIA, Sarah

If Obama gets in, it’s God’s judgment on this country.
We will be the Hebrew children in the land of the pharoahs.
Guns gone, free speech gone, everything we revere gone.
