Here come another of those "Guilt by Associations" that Senator Barack Obama will try to weasel himself out of. As you may know, Philip Berg is suing Senator Obama in Civil Court. Berg wants Obama to Produce his real birth certificate to prove that he meets the citizenship requirements to be President. Rather than just product the birth certificate (is he trying to hide something?) Obama's legal team filed a motion to dismiss. One of the Lawyers filing the motion was Joe Sandler (sandler@sandlerreiff.com) of the Washington law firm Sandler, Reiff, and Young (see the document below).
If Mr. Sandler's name sounds familiar it Should. He is the Legal Hit Man for the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR is an organization with terrorist ties, and has been as an un-indicted co-conspirator in the Holyland Foundation Hamas Funding trial.
Sandler's role for CAIR has been to stifle people from telling the truth about Islam. For example, last year he tried to get Jihad Expert Robert Spencer banned from speaking to the Young American Foundation, by using a threatening letter. Sandler followed up by threatening columnist Mike Adams for writing about the Spencer incident.
Look, everyone deserves legal representation that is not the Issue. The real issue is why is a candidate for President of the United States, a guy who wants to take over the role of Commander-in-Chief in the war on terror, using the Lawyer for CAIR a group with terrorist connections, to represent him in a law suit? Once again the Junior Senator from Illinois leave us with questions and no answers

What is the source on this? The link didn’t go to a news report. If Obama has hired a lawyer with terrorist ties to defend him in a lawsuit about anything that’s unbelievable and I really think people will care ...especially if this is a case about his constitutional qualifications to even be the President...and the case hasn’t been thrown out of court by now if there even is a case. I have heard many people say this story doesn’t hold water but it persists.
Doesn’t someone have to produce a valid birth certificate to acquire a US passport? Let 0bama show that same certificate. What worries me to no end is that the country may get a foreigner as POTUS who has a direct line to Al-Qaeda and other enemies of the US.
Even liberal democrats (and especially Biden as VP) should want to be assured that their candidate is an American citizen. There is something that smells to high heaven in this legal case.
Why would one use a CAIR Lawyer for this issue? He doesn’t know any others that wouldn’t be such a lightening rod.

I found something interesting this morning. I was trying to prove to my lib obamite coworker that the candidates do not vet the moderators on the debates. I found what he read and it was a boston globe article (sheesh).
The Commision on Debates chooses the mods. And...they choose candidates who they invite based on 1) natural born citizen 2) 35 years old 3) constitutionally qualified to be on state ballots. I wonder how that was determined?
CAIR = Saudi Arabia. This is in large part where Obama’s $500 million in contributions has come from. Also explains why the Dems have a NO Energy Policy. The USA has FOUR times the Saudis oil reserves in shale oil, coal diesel and ND oil that we can develop foir $30 a barrel. The Saudis rake in $400 billion in oil profits - that is profits NOT revenue. They want Obama as President so we can go open borders like Western Europe and muslims will flood in to export Wanahabbi Islam.
Donate and volunteer for McCain-Palin. Palin will not let us down. No whining. Time to fight and work.
This needs to get out and spread far and wide. These things are not getting through to a segment of the population that would care. I was talking to my former mother in law today (she is voting for McCain, anyway, and lives in Arizona.) She JUST found out that his middle name is Hussein. I shared with her about Ayers and Rezko, just to start, and she said to me, “Why are we not hearing about this?”
She is in her 50s but works a lot and is pretty computer illiterate. She gets her info from the local news.
How would we know if O were a “sleeper” Muslim? We wouldn’t.

I just sent my letter to the FEC and I encourage ALL FREEPERS to do the same. Folks, we don’t want to look back and regret that we didn’t put some pressure on folks who are supposed to be doing their jobs. Obama and his CAIR lawyer will try to keep this delayed in the courts until after the election. Americans have a right to know NOW-—BEFORE VOTING-—whether or not the candidates meet the eligibility requirements specified in the Constitution. I urge all of you to call or e-mail the FEC and OIG (See post #8.)
I have heard O’Reilly emphatically proclaim the birth certificate issue is bogus. If there actually is a court case going on, why wouldn’t Fox cover it?

Many are going to be shocked with disbelief. The proof was there all along and frankly I'm surprised not one single person investigated it or they would have discovered themselves.
I'm still trying to find the words to explain why America did nothing - and I think it has something to do with both cultural differences and political correctness.
For most Americans, religion is a very personal issue and we are conditioned from a young age to respect that privacy.
But elsewhere in the world, specifically the Muslim world, religion is not a private matter. It is a communal one and there is no freedom of religion. If you are from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan or even from Indonesia you don't need to wonder if your neighbor is a fellow Muslim. You will already know the answer.
America and the American people don't even have a clue of who this man is or who is backing him. If they did and they had even the slightest bit of love for their country they would run from this man.

Hussein will be briefed daily on threats to the US. He can then call his friends and tell them what we know about and how to avoid getting caught. He is one dangerous man.

Did the judge rule on Berg case yet? Someone said if Osama’s mother was an American then he is an American but he was probably born in Kenya. So is he an American or naturalized or what?

McCain provides detailed info to FEC on donors but Obama’s money is coming via credit card at $25 donations offshore with fake names. His money is coming from the Middle East, his lawyer on hios Berg case works for CAIR aka Saudi Arabia.
