Minnesota Presidential Teeter Totter Tips Toward McCain: In an election for President of the United States in Minnesota today, 10/02/08, 33 days from the vote, John McCain and Barack Obama finish effectively even, according to a SurveyUSA poll conducted exclusively for KSTP-TV in Minneapolis, WDIO-TV in Duluth, KAAL-TV in Rochester, and KSAX-TV in Alexandria. The nominal advantage today goes to McCain, who is atop Obama 1 percentage point, 47% to 46%, within the survey's 3.7 percentage point margin of sampling error. But: Compared to an identical SurveyUSA poll 20 days ago, Obama is down 3 points. How much of this is movement and how much of this is "noise" is unclear.

Looks like a silver lining is appearing. People we have to fight like we’ve never fought before. Sarah has righted the boat tonight. Who would’ve thought MN would be so close. I believe Franken and the GOP convention is helping this realignment of MN.
Nope, but there is a Minneapolis and a St. Paul (and Duluth, too) and one of them sends a Black Mohammadan to Congress.

We’re DOOMED!

Guys read between the lines here, in the senate race just released, huge protest vote against Dems,
Coleman now 10 up and 20% now voting for the independent, Franken is losing.
Are we beginning to see a bailout protest.
This poll only had a 30% repub sample, 37% dem sample, Dems overpolled and McCain still in the lead.
I think it started several elections ago. My guess is that they’ve seen the left and have found that familiarity leads to contempt. Hopefully this will be the case with Michigan and California one day as well.
God help us all if any state would send that a$$ clown to Washington. Go Norm!!!!
Excellent news on the Senate race there too. And if this is at all accurate with McCain up by 1 in a state 0bama should have won easily, then this race is far from over. With the small lead for McCain in the VA poll earlier today, there is a lot of good news out there tonight in the aftermath of Gov Palin’s positive debate performance.
this is excellent
Minnesota is my home state. Most of the state is red. Its the Twin Cities and Duluth that turn it blue. Lots of muslim Somalis there though who will vote for Obama. But wouldn’t it be great if McCain/Palin turned Minnesota red!
bump
Minnesota, you’re such a tease...
Excellent news! IMHO, some voters there identify with Sarah Palin and are turned off by the snobbish criticism of her by the MSM.
