Since the two candidates have various strengths and weaknesses, and with volatile world events occurring hourly, the Main Stream Media will take diverse paths in their reportage about the two Presidential contenders in the next 30 days.
Since the MSM is NOT far-left, which anyone can calculate what they will say about Obama and McCain no matter the situation, there will be just as many MSM newspaper endorsements for McCain as there will be for Obama. Similarly, some unbiased MSM TV and radio hosts (not pundits or opinion makers) will favor Obamas response and others will favor McCains reaction to arbitrary events in the next month.
Since the race is so close and the MSM is nothing like the far-left, it is impossible to PREDICT, FORECAST or ANTICIPATE their direction and mind-set with regard to SENATOR OBAMA and the guy blocking his objective.
Man-o-man...this better be good...
What drugs induced this euphoria?
Ok..I read this diatribe.
It stinks...

Honestly, you can’t be stupid enough to believe your own post. Of course, it is so unintelligible, I’m not sure I’m even getting your point correctly.
However, if it is your usual, the media isn’t biased, go sell it to the brain dead on the daily Kos.
What? You are on the wrong web site if you can not see media bias. Suggest you post on DU.
LOL, great reply! :-)
He’s been lurking for 3 years?
maybe....
This is satire, right? (I read a few of your posts on other threads, you are pulling our chain with this post)
Huh?
I’m beginning to believe that. There’s been a unusually high number of idiotic, defeatist and outright leftist posts here lately.
To all:
Was it really necessary to place the word SARCASM in my post?
Haven’t we all had to deal with relatives, neighbors and co-workers that STILL believe that the media doesn’t favor one candidate or another?
Can we report abuse enough to have these trolls removed?
I mean they are taking up bandwidth - and I know it is
suppression of free speech but the speech here isn’t necessarily free is it?
People are paying for the privilege of writing here aren’t they?
You’re just too ‘sneaky’ for most of us...
:)
With all the recent troll activity? Yes.
Since the race is so close and the MSM is nothing like the far-left, it is impossible to PREDICT, FORECAST or ANTICIPATE their direction and mind-set with regard to SENATOR OBAMA and the guy blocking his objective.
Only if you don’t like being the grist in the zot mill.
Ideological Subversion from a useful idiot.
I'll use words of one syllable or less so you have a chance to understand. Individual reporters or media outlets prove NOTHING about bias. Bias is only shown by looking at the trends of all media, taken as a group.
A number of researchers have done their homework, and produced factual results about the politics, the writing, and the campaign contributions of the press. Do your homework. Understand. Learn. Then report back if and when you've done that.

The Declaration, the Constitution, parts of the Federalist, and America's Owner's Manual, here.
On the other hand, a stray thought entering your head may be auspicious enough to be considered news.
“Since the race is so close and the MSM is nothing like the far-left, it is impossible to PREDICT, FORECAST or ANTICIPATE their direction and mind-set with regard to SENATOR OBAMA and the guy blocking his objective.”
For your very good, long term liberal friends, you can even take it further.
You can point out where the media coverage at this point will be in 2016, write it down, have them sign it, and amaze them with your accurate prediction of events eight years in the future.
That was a very clever post with a good point about predicting the herd mentality of Hate Media (see my tagline). Too bad that people did not read it very carefully...
Yes. The two most educated relatives (son in-law and wife) do not see media bias. They are Obama supporters. Were over for dinner last week and he wore an Obama T shirt that I think he got along with a large donation. I attempted to inform him of all the Dems blocking Republican efforts to fix the Fannie/Freddie problem, he said that deregulation was the problem. I said the R's were trying to regulate Fannie/Freddie and he had no good answers. Just said "Republicans, the party of deregulation was trying to regulate, I don't believe it".
One thing I've learned over the years is the bias trumps education/intellect every time.
Good job! It’s now your duty to post that on every vanity thread as soon as each one hits the main page of FR (please?).
I read it closely and still think it is a stupid & vain post, a waste of time and I do get the milktoast sarcasm involved.
IBTZ ( if yours didn’t need a sarc tag, that doesn’t either)
And his response to the fact that it was Clinton, who as president, signed Gramm's legislation repealing Glass-Stegal into law?
I just love how they always manage to give Dems credit and the GOP blame, regardless which seat it is they hold. I can guaran-dam*-tee you that had there been any kind of stand-off, need for a gubmint shutdown with Pelosi at the helm, it would have been Dubya who was starving the old folks and kiddies this time.
Good point, I'll ask him next time.
A few interesting facts I've learned about the 1999 dereulation bill:
1. The bills were passed by a 54-44 vote along party lines with Republican support in the Senate and by a 343-86 vote in the House of Representatives. Nov 4, 1999: After passing both the Senate and House the bill was moved to a conference committee to work out the differences between the Senate and House versions. The final bill resolving the differences was passed in the Senate 90-8-1 and in the House: 362-57-15. This 'veto proof legislation' was signed into law by President Bill Clinton on November 12, 1999.
2. The revisions necessary to get this bill to pass.....Crucial to the passing of this Act was an amendment made to the GLBA, stating that no merger may go ahead if any of the financial holding institutions, or affiliates thereof, received a "less than satisfactory [sic] rating at its most recent CRA exam", essentially meaning that any merger may only go ahead with the strict approval of the regulatory bodies responsible for the CRA.[3]. This was an issue of hot contention, and the Clinton Administration stressed that it "would veto any legislation that would scale back minority-lending requirements."
It wasn’t
Well, *I* liked it.
You apparently fail to realize that a significant portion of the dumbed down American public believes what you posted. And not just most of it, but 100% all of it. And trolls have signed up and posted similar stuff - or even more off the deep end - in all sincerity here. So yes, you needed the /sarc tag. And yes, that is frightening...
BTTT
Was it really necessary to place the word SARCASM in my post?
There was a group of prisoners in a jail who, once a week, were able to get together and tell jokes. One day a new inmate came into the group, and his cellmate told him to come along for the fun. But when they got there instead of telling a joke someone just stood up and said, "34!" And everyone broke out laughing. Then someone stood up and said, "52!" and people just howled with laughter. And it went on like that time after time. The new inmate was flummoxed and said to his cellmate, "What's going on? I thought people would be telling jokes - and why is everyone laughing at numbers?"
His cellmate replied that since everyone there had been there for years, they all had already told all the jokes they knew - many times. So they decided that they could have more fun laughing at more jokes if they just assigned every one of the jokes a number - and just remind each other of each joke by calling out the number of it.
The newbie said, "That's amazing - could I try it?" His cellmate said, "Sure, go ahead!" So the newbie stood up and said, "87!"
Nothing.
So he tried again and said, "41!"
Stony faced silence.
So he sat down in confusion and asked his cellmate, "What happened! What went wrong?" His cellmate replied, "Well I hate to be the one to have to tell you this - but, frankly, there are some people who just don't know how to tell a joke!"
My bad. But the joke wasn’t that well written. Set up took too long.
My bad. But the set up took too long. I had already dismissed the post by the last line.
