Did anybody capture it? They're trying to hide it ... hope it's cached or caught by somebody.

This was the link DrudgeReport.Com was using
http://my.barackobama.com/page/community/post/HopeTacos/gG59KJ
I don’t understand, what is the issue here, what did the page contain??
This is the Internet. Everything is cached. Someone will find it.
What was the story, specifically?
that’s funny!
it’s an “invalid page”
but the donation thing works!
Google has it cached

Nice job frogjerk. Thanks!! Way to be on top of it.
Drudge title was:
“Head of NBC UNIVERSAL Jeff Zucker, other Hollywood bigwigs behind video...”
rush played this.
it’s “grassroots”, but hollywood produced!
Ah-ha-ha!!!!! He doesn’t want anyone to know of his socialist, cult of personality agenda! Too late! Tons of us already know!
frogjerk found it above - excellent — hope more folks here can capture it in case we need it later — it will disappear from cache eventually
The Boston Globe hit job on Palin posted earlier has also now been taken down. It was the LEAD EDITORIAL for tomorrow. It was the same old recycled lie about making Wasilla rape victims pay for their rape kits.....I don’t see any apologies or retractions....probably they did the ethical thing and buried it just under “Pork Belly Futures”.
“Sing for Change was a confluence of grassroots work, good will, ...blah blah blah”
It was a hollywood propaganda production L0L and they have been found out L0L
That video seriously freaks me out.
They didn’t think Drudge would catch it ... hope somebody can capture the page and post it *into* the thread so we have a more permanent record.

Here is that performance:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TW9b0xr06qA
Sing for Change was a confluence of grassroots work, good will, and shared vision the first of which was the music itself. Inspired by ideas raised at a grassroots Obama fundraiser, a music teacher, Kathy Sawada, and the children composed and rehearsed the songs in less than two weeks. Several musicians heard of the effort and volunteered to accompany the children. Parents and older siblings designed and provided the T-Shirts and the banner. Theres a first for everything, but rarely do so many firsts come together at once: for the children and their parents, this is their first performance, first video, first banner, and first involvement with grassroots work on a presidential campaign. As Sunday approached, a neighbor volunteered a home. Production wizards got wind of the project and offered their help in recording it. The likes of Jeff Zucker, Holly Schiffer, Peter Rosenfeld, Darin Moran, Jean Martin, Andy Blumenthal, and Nick Phoenix rearranged schedules to participate. Holly Schiffer was able to get three High Definition cameras (Panasonic HVX250s), and an AVID editing facility. When Jeff Zucker went to pick up the camera package, Ted Schilowitz happened to be there and offered a RED camera set up on a Steadi Cam.
What the children and a few adults accomplished in a few hours on a Sunday afternoon embodies the nature of the Obama campaign: its grassroots inspiration, its inclusiveness, its community building. People pitched in quickly for a cause that resonated with them. There were not many conditions: Think this is a good idea? Want to help? Great. Sunday at 12:00. At the heart of the project were 22 children and their music. The willingness of all involved to come together for them was a testament to our hope, unity, courage, joy and belief in the future represented by these children.

It’s the Hollywood-produced cult-like song for the Dear Leader Obama-Mao-Castro-Kim. Exploiting kids for marxist political propaganda! How low can these leftists go?
Drudge mocked the story because it was so shockingly like one of the old Communist stories about the children singing to their “Dear Leader” (Drudge’s words).
I am curious if something happened to turn Drudge against Obama.

Sing for Change chronicles a recent Sunday afternoon in Venice, when 22 children, ages 5-12, gathered to sing original songs in the belief that their singing would lift up our communities for the coming election.

Boston Globe editorial: Palin made rape victims pay

This is an editorial in Wednesday’s paper, talking about Thursday’s vice presidential debate:
ONE QUESTION that Sarah Palin should answer during tomorrow’s debate is why, during her tenure as mayor of Wasilla, the town started charging rape victims or their insurers for hospital emergency-room rape kits and examinations....
But Palin has never explained why, under her leadership, the town stopped picking up the cost of the swabs, specimen containers, and tests.
A spokeswoman for Palin wrote to USA Today that Palin “does not believe, nor has she ever believed, that rape victims should have to pay for an evidence-gathering test.” But that was the practice in Wasilla while she was mayor....
But the policy on rape kits may have had less to do with easing the burden on taxpayers and more to do with Palin’s position on abortion. She has said she opposes it even in cases of rape or incest.
Generally, victims of sexual assault have the option of an emergency contraception pill, which some opponents of abortion consider tantamount to abortion itself. Does Palin support the decision two years ago of the US Food and Drug Administration to allow over-the-counter sales of emergency contraception pills?
Whether the fee-for-kits policy reflected Palin’s budgetary zeal or her extreme view on abortion, voters deserve to know. As Alaska’s governor in 2000, Tony Knowles, put it: “We would never bill the victim of a burglary for finger-printing and photographing the crime scene, or for the cost of gathering other evidence.”
LOL! Jeff Zucker is a complete dumbass. It’s bad enough that NBC has been complicit in the deification of Osama but then the have himself filmed during an Obama worship ceremony? And then link it off your company’s website? hehehehe. Made my day. Send it to all your liberal friends. Make sure you include this clip with it.

It's still there. And so are my comments.
Can we report the Obama campaign for “child abuse”?
Dom Giordano on WPHT in Philly spent an hour on the performance tonight, pointing out that the President of NBC handled the production, which was first-rate and high tech.
There’s been like 10 FR threads on this recently...
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/search?m=all;o=time;q=quick;s=sing
Well you can’t post it with background here on FR without referring back to Obama’s server. And Obama would sue if anyone did that.
This site has a screenshot that says Jeff Zucker if thats what ur referring to: http://www.mofopolitics.com/2008/09/30/video-obama-youth-draw-comparisons-to-hitler-youth/
That video was creepy.....sing for Fidel Kids....
Boston Globe story link , Globe itself now erased

bump for later
great catch
LoL! They love the smell of their own crap.
I didn’t cross their minds that this could be controversial
Yes, thank you....
the parents and that teacher, they look so freaky....
freaky like jonestown guy????
I picked it up from Reason.com this morning. Lots of good comments there.
http://www.reason.com/blog/show/129137.html
Dude, it is still up on the Globe website. I posted another comment there at 10:41.
I’m sure that the teacher, Kathy Sawada, is getting hammered with e-mails. Her address was listed at the botom of the page on Obama’s web site.
I e-mailed her my opinions about this little incident twice today.
And I’ll bet that execs at GE are getting a little nervous about all of the negative publicity that Jeff Zucker is bringing to NBC.
The video has comments going back one month. Its been around for a while(relative internet time).
This was choreographed in public. Copy of Mao’s cultural revolution, also Muslim religious education, using peer pressure on impressionable youth
to teach conformity and non-deviation based on false doctrine.
This abominable practice is lawful in America, unfortunately. It is only a matter of time before we are all forced to sing:
Karl Marx is our savior, substitute Obama for Marx. Heil Hitler!
Drudge doesn’t like being told what to do.
I went to the cached link and got a screenshot of the page. Well, 3, to cover the whole page.
Fascism is on the move in AMerica.
Obaaaaaaama, ObammmmaaAAAAAaaa, Uber Alles!
Der Fuher, Obama! Father of Hope and Change!!!
It is the creepiest thing I have EVER seen in the U.S. of A.
The funny thing is the girl in the opening solo says “We are going to spread freedom...”. Nothing could be further from the truth as their communist candidate will spread nothing but oppression, tyranny and slavery among our once-free nation. The numbskulls on the left either choose not to see this or are hoping for communism to suck the self-reliance out of their dreary little lives.
They have passed out the koolaid, and they're even making the children drink it. Unbelievable the depths to which these freaks will sink to - it's the 'end justifies the means' philosophy.
They will find a fight
Meanwhile NBC’s ratings sink further into the sunset. Nearly all of the premieres for NBC’s returning series so far (Chuck, Heroes, Life) are an appalling 33% below last year. A third of their viewers—gone.
If I were an NBC-Universal stockholder, I would be asking Mr. Zucker how he has the time to arrange reenactments of Kim Jong Il life-celebrations while his network is tanking.
New taggy...
