That’s when I throw up my arms in disgust when it comes to Morris. He reminds me a used car salesman. It isn’t a car he’s selling, it’s a dream.

He is the classical case of a “hanger on”; one who was kicked out of the group is is trying to slip himself back into the mix.

His whole map is absurd. UT, ID, and OK are correct, but this 355 number is insane.

Missouri, Arkansas, and Ohio are not leaning Obama.

West Virginia, Tennessee, and NC are solid McCain

He’s slick, that’s for sure. I have no idea why I watch him, but I watch whenever he or Rove are on Fox. Rove is certainly more reasonable.

This must simply be an attention-grabbing play. There’s no way Obama can win in a landslide. The country just doesn’t elect socialist Northerners, and he’s as radical as they come. At least Clinton faked being a moderate for the election. Obama is trying but is really failing.

Morris is a proven waste of space and breath on ANY topic other than the Clintons. He has them pretty well nailed but, for anything else, he resorts to his liberal foundation.

Within the last few days I have come to believe that we are going to lose this election largely due to this horrible financial markets mess even though it is the democrats' fault. You have to admit, they are absolute geniuses at creating massive problems that cost billions and then (successfully!) blaming others and demanding even more money to fix the problems they made. Of course the press is a huge help to them in all their nefarious endeavors. The press may be the one factor that insulates the democrats from what should be the consequences of the messes they make for all of us.

But I am losing hope that McCain can come back from this. Bush has not helped by failing to manage public perceptions of both the gas price problem and the financial market crisis. I know he would have had to go around the press, but Reagan successfully managed public perceptions, and the press unfairly defamed him, as well. It does not seem to me that Bush made the effort to push consistently for domestic oil production/refining increases nor does he have a visible public record of warning/trying to head off this lending mess. I have been observing national elections since 1960, and one thing that has become clear to me is that many, many voters cast their ballots based on general impressions only, and the general impression of this crisis will be very, very bad for McCain. I do not think he can come back from this.

I am fearful that an Obama presidency with majorities in both the House and Senate will be dreadful for this country and will put in place laws and a Supreme Court that will basically destroy this country as we know it, which is exactly what the left intends to do. They hate this country as it is, and desire to turn it into something resembling a third-world dictatorship.

We will get to watch and experience just how fast two centuries of social capital comes apart. Obama will finish what the Clintons started.

I didn’t know he was on any other networks. Of course, I do avoid MSNBC and CNN as much as humanly possible. I’m left with Fox despite my loathing of the constant stream of blonde bimbos and ED commercials......

Is someone paying this guy by the word? Sometimes he’s got some good insights, but maybe if he didn’t spew out so much stuff all the time he could put more thought into what he DOES produce.

Or is the idea just to keep talking in hopes that he will be right by chance a fair amount of the time?

1) Didn’t he write a book about how it was going to be Condi vs. Clinton?

2) He is delusional if he thinks Tennessee, Arkansas, and Louisiana are toss-ups, Florida is “strongly Obama..”

Is morris ever right? Ever?

Dick Morris’ intent is to pressure McCain into action. He wants McCain to win, so that Hillary will run again in 4 years. He would love it to be Hillary vs Palin as it would make him truckloads in booksales.

Morris is on crack. 4 of his 5 “toss up” states are clearly at least leaning McCain, and most people would say are safe.

Dick Morris use to be all about Condi for Prez in 2008. What happened to that. Not only is she an abject failure but already a traitor to Bush.

What is up with W. Jeez - Condi is pro Palistine and Jenna married by that kook pastor??? But Dick Morris has come unhinged. I hope he keeps dogging McCain. Because lately he has been dead wrong. The Clinton era is over for now and his revelance is now over or whatevs Mr. Toe Sucker.
