The Situation Room (the lair of “Wolf” Blitzer - how’s that for irony) has done it again. I am fairly certain it is simply echoing slimey DNC and Obama camp talking points, meant to be subtle swipes at Governor Sarah Palin. Here is how it played out today (links and video if/when available).
Trying to set up the fact Sarah Palin would be meeting with 9 top world leaders this week (including the heads of Iraq, Afghanistan and Georgia) the CNN video related Palin’s schedule with “speed dating”.
It was a crass and demeaning analogy clearly sexist in its context and message. No one claimed Obama was “speed dating” with world leaders in is most excellent world tour this summer. And the impression is not to be glossed over. The term speed dating conjures images of desperation on the part of a woman. Clearly, with her family situation, Sarah is not in need of speed dating anyone. It was a gutter-level swipe at women in a man’s world.

The left, including its minions in the MSM, have no trouble at all attacking Gov. Palin because she’s a woman. Imagine what they would be saying about her if she were black. Only a complete idiot could even imagine that the left stands for gender or racial equality; it’s a master/servant relationship between blacks and the Democrat Party, and the plantation mentality still prevails.
Men use speed dating, but they are applying the analogy only to Palin.
These folks don’t get out much. They’re so sequestered that their interrelationships become...well...incestuous. They never hear both sides of an issue or have to try very hard to validate their ideas. Their intellectual DNA is breaking down along with their ratings.
In a Darwinian world, Wolf, a beta dog for sure, is going to end up on the low end of the food chain. It would be fitting if the end came as a result of an Alaska Brown Bear (in a symbolic sense, of course).
Sexism targeting conservatives doesn’t count.

Ya’ know, we all know that they’re morons . . . I took CNN off my remote a couple years ago when they bought video from a terrorist sniper who shot and killed one of our G.I.s and then broadcast it that evening. Despicable bastard$. However, aren’t we kneejerking these clods a bit too much . . . and sounding a bit like them?
We know that PMSNBC and CNN are thugs and goons for Hussein Obama . . . and that they can’t stand Palin . . . but I hate to jump like they do every time some stupid a$$ says something disgusting about Palin. We all know she’s great . . .

Wolf Blitzer, obviously a made for TV name, was a nobody until Desert Storm found him shaking in Baghdad. He’s still a marginal personality on a marginal cable network, but what the heck?
