And would SNL ever consider saying the same thing about Obama & his daughters...no way, Hussein!

Obama’s daughters, it has been written, won’t go in the bedroom with him and his wife cause he smells bad.

Even for a joke...this is beyond the pale. Worthless POS.

But let them keep at it. Most Americans are only drawn to Palin as a result and turn away from such trash in disgust.

MCCAIN-PALIN TRUMPS OBAMA-BIDEN

The American people, who are watching and far more comprehending than the media and liberal elite give them credit for, are responding with the following sentiment:

I'M VOTING FOR SARAH!

The assignment editor for the Times, portrayed by actor James Franco, responded: "He very well could be. Admittedly, there is no evidence of that, but on the other hand, there is no convincing evidence to the contrary. And these are just some of the lingering questions about Governor Palin."

This is a slam at the Times not Palin. They are talking about the media making up stories about Palin.

I just read about this over at AJ Strata’s blog, The Strata Sphere. He thinks that perhaps SNL was slamming the NY Times with their little skit. I didn’t see it, so I have no opinion one way or the other........but see what he says, if you like:

Unfortunately, the satire is not too far from the truth. If you look at the reporting on the e-mails, that is EXACTLY how the story was reported. The evidence showed nothing happened, but story after story suggested Palin might have been doing something shady. Now it was WAY over the line to use incest to make that point, and SNL should be called out on that.

From just this excerpt, it sounds like they are mocking the press and how they are covering Palin.

Reporter: “What about [this outrageous charge]?”

Editor: Could be true. We have no evidence for it, but we have no evidence against it. Another outstanding question.

WND needs to get a clue. The skit was a hilarious and malicious attack on the NYT and their effete, biased reporters and culture. The reporter in the skit admitted there was no basis for the charge, but ran with it anyway and got the Pulitzer Prize. It was one of the best SNL skits ever.

on “Saturday Night Live,” the NBC comedy show returned to making fun of the Alaskan governor in a skit where New York Times reporters sought to probe the possibility Palin’s husband was having sex with the couple’s own daughters.

.
Never do I watch that show, and NBC should be dropped in every decent market for such trash, if there is anything left at NBC after Olberman and Matthews lowered ratings

Wait, wait, wait. It was a slam at the NYT bigtime! I watched the whole thing, the reporter’s are all freaks with diseased character. Shown a picture of a snombiler on a “snow machine” and asked “Does anybody know what this is?” one replies “Some kind of baptising machine?” None of them has a clue about anything having to do with the outdoors, religion or anything remotely “flyover”, and show gaping prejudice and stupidity, as well as declining to go to Alaska due to the fact there won’t be “pre-transgender operation toilet facilities.” I’ll admit I thought the Palin thing which opened the skit was going to lead everything right off the cliff, quickly tuurned into a savage skewing of a dumb$#%^ NYT cabal of freakballs.

This is a basic slap in the teeth for Alaskans, and anyone from a rural area for that matter.

I'm not sure what was the thrust of the skit. It's so over-the-top it may be hyperbolic parody of liberal panic attacks on Palin.

Since I haven't watched SNL for years I'll accept the analysis of any regulars.

The thing of it is is such things as this and the Washington Post cartoon of another thread tend to harden the resolve of more people to vote for McCain-Palin even if their initial inclination is to stay home on election day.

If it ever occurs to you that there's a limit to the depths to which the Left will sink, dismiss it.

The Chinese oligarchy, the North Korean dictatorship, and the Soviet Union under Stalin are the envy--and the ambition--of the Left. They envision themselves, of course, as the ruling oligarchy, and--in their fondest dreams--each envisions himself/herself dictator for life.

Yet, if they could seize sufficient power, they would be indistinguishable from the Julian-Claudian Emperors of Rome--every bit as depraved.

I'm getting sick of the posts excusing SNL for their perverted skit by maintaining it's actually aimed at the MSM and the NY Slimes.

NO WAY!

The skit can be described as employing satire as a COVER and a VEHICLE for getting a sick political message out to the public.

A carefully-drawn, vivid picture of incest within the Palin family was deftly designed to be IMBEDDED in the minds of the lumpen masses. It was carefully drawn.

Then all is to be forgiven because it's supposedly major league TV comedy on the fun night of the week.

Indeed, the "satire" of these types of skits are and will be laughed at uproariously and winked at because "I got it, the rest of the thin-skinned, easily offended dummies in this country don't get it at all. The sick portrayal is really not aimed at the Palin family, it's aimed at the liberal media"........(sure it is).

What's next, skits about sex with animals, cannabalism, gang rapes, the sex slave trade......each, of course, woven into a "satirical" skit about the Palin's?

Well, why not??? This incest one was such a hoot, why not a ditto next week??? We'll ostensibly aim it at the Washington Compost and Air America this time.

Whether the amoral Al Franken wrote this skit or not is irrelevant. SNL writers are undoubtedly all of the same stripe.....or they wouldn't be working there, or anywhere in their field. We have to realize that these leftist comedy writers are propagandists of the very same ilk as the serious Goebbel's types except they employ comedy as their vehicle for evil.

Between now and election, SNL's cleverly-disguised attacks will continue and intensify while the masses will yuk it up thinking they're being entertained, not brainwashed into voting for "change".

OK.

Apparently there is a lot of anger with SNL for this skit, and the focus has been on the incest part.

However, that wasn’t the focus of the sketch, at all.

Here is another thread with the link to the YOUTUBE video of the complete sketch.

I would suggest you ‘see for yourself’ what the the sketch is really about.
