No, I just don’t have time to go looking it all up again but if you search polarik I’m sure he has written extensively about it in the last month and a half. It’s also been quite thoroughly discussed at Texas Darlin. So you can do your own research if you are really interested. But be aware that Tech Dude was a very huge disappointment to those who really believed in what he was doing.

My brother has a friend who works for a wire service. He told my brother that on the evening of August 21st, Berg's lawsuit was the only topic of conversation at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.
The reporters were all debating whether or not they should report Philip Berg's filing. We know what their decision was.
They did not even need to report it favorably. I can imagine them laughing in the last 30 seconds of a broadcast, and saying that some foolish lawyer was suing Obama in Philadelphia. Hahahaha.
Instead they opted simply to spike the story -- making it all the bigger when the news eventually leaks out.
But if some Republican lawyer was suing McCain or Palin, it would be on every front page above the fold, regardless of whether there was any merit to the case or not.
No. I just googled Frank Marshall Davis and he looks nothing like him. Barack has the coloring and a lot of other characteristics of North Africans. I’ve been to a few N. African countries and he really does look like the ones there who have what we call “black” features. So it makes more sense and Occam’s razor, that he is the previous Barack Obama’s son. Remember, his mom was only in class for 2 months when little Barack was conceived.

Yes, an investigation would help, there are so many stories now that one can choose to ignore them all or believe them all.
If it happened before the election, Welcome the Clinton/Biden ticket. McCain/Palin Wins.
If the challenge is brought post election inside of the electoral college, after an Obama win, watch for rioting in the streets.( No Obama win, no challenge on birth necessary in the electoral college.)

Another posting I came across alleges that Phil Berg would neither confirm nor deny the report and that everything is being kept hushed for security reasons and that Phil Berg will not respond unitl he has had the opportunity to produce such in a hearing.
If the above is true, questions will swirl around the authenticity. I would presume it true, false birth documents will crop up as alleged proof Obama was born in Hawaii and alleged witnesses will be made avaialbe.
The law suit provides little by way of sound evidence except for the alleged dcoument from the Jakarta school. If that document is real, then other questions are raised as to whether Obama is a natural born citizen or a naturlaized citizen , the former making him elligible for Presidency, the latter would not. The arguments in the pleadings and in the last answer provided by Plaitiff Berg are very interesting in that they name a place for the birth. And, it is alleged the hospital name is known.
So there are actually two issues or avenue of attacks: 1. Obama was not born in the States and despite his mother being a citizen, she did not meet the rules for her child to be a citizen; and 2.) He lost natural born citizen status by virtue of the Indonesion citizenship, dual citizenship was not allowable due to the Hague convention rules and then there is no ability to become a natural born citizen thereafter, rather ownly a naturalized citizen.
Finally, Obama stated when applying for the Illinois bar that he never had any aliases. And he indicated publicly that he never was a muslim and never practiced such or studied such. If the Indonesion document is correct, then he lied on his bar application and he lied about his religion which would raise serious questions as to why. My gut is there is something here or Obama would have simply provided what was necessary. As an attorney, I cannot see any benefit from stonewalling, hiding behind legal maneuvering and why it is that he would not want to simply be transparent and end the controversy with the required documentation to prove thaht he meets the requirements to be President of the United States.

Unless you think Philip Berg deliberately lied to Judge Surick in his October 9th pleading, this is more than rumor. Berg told the judge he’s got the evidence of Obama’s Mobassa birth, and I’d lay 10 to 1 odds that the does. Pretty soon the Secret Service ought to take Obama into custody and turn him over to the INS for deportation.
On the standing issue I think it’s possible Berg could lose. Or possibly Judge Surick may simply disappear? We need a first rate Hollywood scriptwriter to write an end to this absurd plot. Charlie Kaufman comes to mind.
