Just like the Polar Bear. It is reclassified as “threatened” because it MIGHT be harmed IF temperatures rise in the near future. Not that they actually have, or show any signs of doing.

Legacy time for Bonzo VI.

Kind of a junky tree, but there are those who love it. All they have to do out there by de O-HI-O is to heap up a few landfills so the Buckeyes can be at a higher elevation where it is cooler and more rational, and all.

This is so tiresome, when are the global warming idiots going to finally discover we’ve entered a cooling cycle. It is going to be down to 47 one evening here next week, that’s not global warming!

This is actually pathetic.

You are right. This doom mongering is really very pathetic. The punchline in the title is "could."

They don't know.

I’d have little problem with a few Buckeye trees growing on Jim Tressel’s property.

“Repeated losses to Florida would be about the only thing that could cost Ohio it’s Buckeyes.”

Whadda bunch of crap.
We have plenty of buckeyes growing here in Tennessee and aside from having them in you pocket as good lucky (don’t eat, posionous) they’re not much good for anything and their leaves stink.
