Does anyone remember what story the drive-by media was concentrating upon the day (really the summer) before 9/11? A bowl of popcorn for the right answer.

This time last week, Micheal Weiner, said that Palin would be off the ticket and replaced by Romney. Governor Palin was a disgrace and McCain threw the election.
Why does anyone listen to Weiner?

Savage is insane and any Freeper that listens to him is not worthy of the name.
And yet, here you are, posting in the Savage thread.
And doing the same thing the liberals try to do to talk radio -- they try to shut people up they don't agree with.
I never was much for censorship, nor political correctness, nor any liberal or otherwise who tried to tell me what to think, what to watch, whom to listen to, what to read, etc.
If you don't want to listen, don't. No one is twisting your arm and forcing you.

This time last week, Micheal Weiner, said that Palin would be off the ticket and replaced by Romney. Governor Palin was a disgrace and McCain threw the election. Why does anyone listen to Weiner? Why is anyone who hates Savage ("Wiener-man") go on this thread?
Not that you're interested in a cogent discussion, nevertheless I thought I'd include a previous post regarding Savage and Palin...
You know what? He probably called it wrong (in a way) although I think he had (has) some valid points. The (short term) outcome doesn't necessarily invalidate everything he was saying. No, I don't think McCain has thrown the election (so far it looks like his intuition failed him there). However, I think there's still room to question McCain's motive (gimmickry and pure get-elected politics on McCain's part) and her experience and abilities to assume the role of Commander in Chief.
Personally, I was excited about Palin being chosen. What I appreciate about Savage however, is he's an independent thinker, willing (sometimes overeager) to go against the grain. I appreciate that which makes one pause and think.
You tell 'em Savage!

You didn’t hear his tirade after McCain announced Palin as VP? He was very upset and made some points (some of what I think were valid), although he misread (so far) the effect of Palin on the election outcome.

Fair Enough. We agree to disagree
To: Jim 0216
Right, he basically said that Palin was a joke and would be replaced on the ticket the Monday after she was picked by McCain. He also stated McCain threw the election on purpose.
To: Tamar1973
Keep you're light saber at the ready.
To: Wilder Effect
If that is true, then why did Savage support Anti American Liberal Jerry Brown? Geeze, move on, already! We're way past that debacle. Savage supported Brown (at the time) due to his support of a military institution. The Brown boat has sailed. You obviously haven't listened to the show in the past several months.

Savage complaining about his audience? He feels sorry for them (us)? Sometimes he acknowledges the IQ of his audience but this? I like his independent thinking but turning on his loyal and intelligent audience - reflects badly on him, makes him look like a little Hitler.

Savage’s best talent is his support of the Military and the Border Patrol. I wish he would concentrate more of his show talking about the heroism of our people in Service.
