The democrats are sounding like Pee Wee Herman (I know I am but what are you?) to the Republicans John Wayne “I stick to simple themes. Love. Hate. No nuances. I stay away from psychoanalyst’s couch scenes. Couches are good for one thing.”

Who you think America is going to want running thier economy and security?

The same people who do not like the Bush Administration for what it has done to this nation are not going to be fooled by the lipstick on the pig. ....................... “Do not like”?, don’t they mean “hate”, the whiners who are still trying to punch chads to prove they won. Lets face it, our Congress has let the American People down. Yeah, it will be the same old programs, with the same ole problems, the elected officials in Congress, who have proven themselves to be worthless after 4-5 terms. The Congress needs an enema, get those old timers the hell out of there and bring in some new blood. No mater who wins, nothing is going to change that much. I hope that with a McCain win, there will be some kick ass in your face attitude, not the wishy washy that we’ve had in the past 4 terms.

Congress Is The Change We Need!

George Bush has been in office for 7 1/2 years. During the first six years, the economy was fine except for enduring the worst terrorist attack in U.S. History. The government had to step in and help the airlines and taxpayers gave millions to survivors in the twin towers.
It wasn’t until about a year ago that:
1) Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high;
2) Regular gasoline sold for $2.19 a gallon;
3) the unemployment rate was 4.5%.
4) the DOW JONES hit a record high—14,000 +
5) Americans were buying new cars, taking cruises, vacations overseas, and living large!...
But Americans wanted ‘CHANGE’!
So, what did they do? In 2006, they voted in a Democratic Congress & yep—we got ‘CHANGE’ all right.
PAY ATTENTION TO THIS PEOPLE! THIS IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST YEAR:
1) Consumer confidence has plummeted;
2) Gasoline is now approximately $4 a gallon;
3) Unemployment is up to 5% (a 10% increase);
4) Americans have seen their home equity drop by $12 TRILLION DOLLARS & prices still dropping;
5) 1% of American homes are in foreclosure.
6) As I write this, THE DOW is probing another low (11,100); $2.5 TRILLION DOLLARS HAS EVAPORATED FROM OUR STOCKS, BONDS, & MUTUAL FUNDS INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOS!
AND IF THAT ISN’T ENOUGH...
Speaker Of The House, Nancy Pelosi, & Senate Majority leader, Harry Reed (both democrats), will not allow a vote on more oil exploration in the USA.
YEP...IN 2006, AMERICA VOTED FOR CHANGE!.....AND WE SURE GOT IT!!!...
NOW OBAMA, the DEM’S CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT, CLAIMS THAT HE’S GONNA REALLY GIVE US CHANGE!!....
JUST HOW MUCH MORE DEMOCRATIC ‘CHANGE’ DO YOU THINK YOU CAN STAND???...

Wonder what these boobs think President Bush has done to our country? Perhaps it's what the America's liberal press has tried by outright lies, negative twists and distortions to convince them of.
When you actually look at the truth, not the MSM truth, you find that Bush did what most of our past president's have done, protect our country every way possible.

Interesting typo near the end--"Demorats."

So Obama takes part of his comments yesterday from a Tom Toles cartoon, and is inspired to talk about "lipstick on a pig" from this? I wonder where the fish metaphor came from.

If he becomes President, an unfriendly nation's leader would be able to guess how he would respond to a crisis by checking out the advice being given on DailyKos and other left-wing websites.

I’m going to refer to the democrat party as the anti-woman party from now on. They’ve got a candidate that has a pattern of belittling woman. Palin, Hillary, the reporter that he called honey. And the democrat establishment sided with an inexperienced community organizer to be their leader, and tossed aside hillary. And she was co-president afterall.

Seems to me that the dems are trying to cover their butts on the “lipstick” issue by having several blogs and talking heads use the “lipstick” comment to refer to Bush administration policies in an effort to divert attention from the real intention of Obama when he made the comment originally. This supposedly gives Obama plausible deniability when he says his comment did not refer to Palin while, at the same time, his minions are crucifying Gov Palin.

You are Absolutely correct. We Must keep saying Over and Over again that All America’s problems are the Fault of Democrats.

It is the Democrats who were responsible for the attacks of 9/11.

It is the Democrats who are responsible for the long Iraq War by failing to support their Commander in Chief.

It is the Democrats who are responsible for the increase in energy costs by refusing to drill.

It is the Democrats who are responsible for the economic downturn (if there is a downturn).

All our problems are from the Democrats, the Republicans are blameless.

In the article at the following link, there is this: Democratic Congressman Russ Carnahan on Tuesday — introducing Joe Biden at a campaign event — ripped into Palin’s record and punctuated it with this snarky jab. “There’s no way you can dress up that record, even with a lot of lipstick,” he said. Later in the day, Obama used a variation of the lipstick line, though he was clearly talking about the McCain-Palin reform rhetoric. “You can put lipstick on a pig,” he said. “It’s still a pig.”
