That is an Orwellian title. If it’s “Universal”, it can’t be “Voluntary”.
Honestly, why can’t I do what I want to do for people less fortunate than myself, instead of being coerced by the Obama Brownshirts (no racism intended by the use of “Brown”.)

It seems that the world had an ambitious man in the 1930s in Germany who was a "community organizer". Like Obama, he wrote an autobiography of his life and "struggles". He titled his story "Mein Kampf". He loved to give speeches to large, adoring crowds in Berlin like Obama gave there and at Invesco Field in Denver. When he came to power, his followers, the Brown Shirts, populated the Gestapo, his counterpart to Obama's proposed Civilian Security Force. We all know how the German people feared the Gestapo, which was able to arrest anyone for any reason they chose, or even no reason at all, and the people arrested often were sent to concentration camps or disappeared altogether. I think Obama's proposal for his Civilian Security Force--his version of the Gestapo or SS--should disqualify him from receiving the votes of all freedom-loving Americans.
