ArcXIX is the Kos diarist who started all this stuff on the Palin family and the baby. ArcXIX has pushed the story that Sarah Palin's youngest child is really Bristol Palin's child.
If you go here, you will find a profile of a user at the 1up.com website.
If you follow the Google Cache, that was oddly changed on August 31, 2008, you will notice that the user's AIM user ID is ArcXIX.
Is 24 year old Charles Hartley the diarist?
Is this the person who started all the trouble for the Palin family? And if so, is he connected to the Obama campaign? I think we should find out.

In just 48 hours, ArcXIX turned up countless old photos of the Palin family and even Bristol’s school records. In other words, this is not the work of an occasional blogger, but that of a serious opposition research team meant to make sure Gov. Palin’s political life is nasty, brutish, and short.
Google "arcxix" and there's a lot of info. Some blog theorized that he was Chris somebody (forget the last name--maybe a pseudonym?). It would be interesting to try to find more information on this guy. My guess is he/she has connections to the Obama campaign.

It’s very interesting to me that our “buckhead” was identified within 48 hours of his post which simply speculated that the Dan Rather documents were forgeries. Yet we still don’t know who this person is.
After last night's performance, I bet the moonbats are afraid even little Piper could beat the tar out of either of their candidates in a debate.
