$3.55 was the lowest last week in the Tampa. Now it’s back up to $3.58 due to the Hurricane Gustav.

It is perfectly predictable that those evil speculators will drive the price of oil down below it's true market value just like they drove it above that level this summer. That's just how markets work. But eventually the price settles down to what it really should be. The whole process is kind of like a damped oscillation that consecutively overshoots and undershoots while slowly approaching a true final value.:

You must inhabit a different planet than me. Gone from about $4.60 to $3.80 in the last couple of months here in So Cal. The pour guy he has to change the price has to pull out his ladder two, three, four times a week.
