ABC News' Eloise Harper Reports: Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, in a video interview with Newsweek posted on YouTube, discussed the coverage of Sen. Hillary Clinton. In an interview that appears to have taken place during the Democratic primary, Palin criticizes Clinton for her response to media scrutiny she received while on the campaign trail.
Palin says, "When I hear a statement like that coming from a woman candidate with any kind of perceived whine about that excess criticism or you know maybe a sharper microscope put on her I say man that doesnt do us any good. Women in politics, women in general wanting to progress this county. I dont think its, it bodes well for her a statement like that."

Sounds like she understands that, in politics, as in daily life, what others perceive that we say is important, and that we need to be aware of that as we speak--HRC included.
Yes, she did.
The Dems are looking for anything to tar Sarah with. She said Anything that sounded like it might be a whine. Look at what they are trying to use—a Pat button worn along time ago, a trooper scandal of a guy who tazered his own son. A daughter who is going to have a baby. Next they will try her records from grade school or statements made by her father or grandfather. Don’t give in, Sarah. You are better than that. I heard they have a dead pool on when she will be forced to drop out. Message to Democrats—save your money she’s going no where.
Just read the article in Atlantic about the HillBill campaign.
She REALLY WAS a whiner. She was also indecisive and a very poor leader.
Palin will give women a much stronger showing in this election. If she wins it, well let’s just say that the glass ceiling will be part of history.
Hillary has been known to whine, pissant - whats the rumpus?
The more I hear, the more I like. Go Governor Sarah-cuda!!
The more I hear, the more I like. Go Governor Sarah-cuda!!
The MSM bias is toooooo funny!
Sarah is saying that women in general need to ‘plow right through that’. Meaning, to not validate those negatives that would be said about them. Which is good advice, now she will be able to show the way.
I saw this earlier on FR and want to keep it going:
Sarah Palin Born on a mountain top of Alaska
The greenest state in the land of the free
Raised in the woods sos she knew evry tree
Kilt her a bar when she was only three
Sarah, Sarah Palin, queen of the wild frontier
Fought single-handed through many a war
Till the enemy was whipped and peace was in store
And while she was handlin this risky chore
She made herself a legend forever more
Sarah, Sarah Palin, the woman who knew no fear
She went off to Congress and served a spell
Fixin up the Government and the laws as well
Took over Washington, so I heard tell
And she patched up the crack in the Liberty Bell
Sarah, Sarah Palin, seeing her duty clear
When she came home her politicing was done
And the western march had just begun
So she packed her gear and her trusty gun
And lit out a-grinnin to follow the sun
Sarah, Sarah Palin, leading the pioneer
(actually she was born in Idaho, I just wanted to pass along what I saw earlier on FR).
We have ourselves a real winner with McCain/Palin and the Democrats will again be the whiners in November.
Must be “Bush’s fault” will be replaced by it’s “Sarah’s fault”, and she’s ready to take them on and defend herself and “Plow right through it”.
Exactly! It was a fair comment and not negative towards Hillary in any way.
Real women don’t whine. The go hunting and KILL something!
Someway, any way , the ‘progressives’ have to get the Hillary supporters back on the plantation!
All the signals today are: Don’t even think about Palin!
Just enough turn of the phrase to make it sound like she called Hill a whiner. Enough already.
No she didn't.
What she did do was very clever.
She said "When I hear a statement like that coming from a woman candidate with any kind of perceived whine.." Which says that OTHER people claimed she was whining, not her.
She'll let their meanspirited words and actions speak for themselves. Her defenders among ordinary decent Americans will not be so generous, however.
