Civil wars are generally very barbaric and a time for blood letting and score settling.

If America were to suffer another civil war, the blue states would be cut off from energy and food except foreign imports .

It would be fairly easy to blockade and starve the blue states. All escape could be cut off. Blue staters who attempted to flee would be shot.

Also, if anarchy beset society, the urban zones would become jungles. Left wingers would quickly be replaced by the criminal element. Fatima is dreaming if she thinks she’d survive the first month.

A civil war would be over pretty quickly. The armed forces are made up almost entirely of red staters and blue staters with red state values. Plus, there are plenty of of folks in the blue states who don't cotton to city dwellers like Fatimah Ali very much at all.

I was talking with some friends (both conservative and "liberal") and one, the loon, said he was afraid the Chosen One might be assassinated and it would surely cause wide-spread race riots. I opined that the same will happen when the Chosen One loses his shirt in November.

The conservative has been listening to the MSM and is afraid that Palin as Veep would make Obama inevitable. I hope he takes my advice and signs on to FR so he can start getting a better perspective.

Do you think we can afford to be blackmailed? We could solve all crime if we just let criminals have want they want and had no rules with that thinking. Personally I think one big mistake is to rebuild any inner city if they destroy it. If I burn down my own home neither insurance nor the government will step in and rebuild!
