How do people think that the next VP of the United States of America, Sarah Palin, should handle thie stuff about Trig being not her's but her 16year old daughter's baby?
I think it should be addressed very soon and she should spell out the allegations so that all know what the left is busy working on. Then I would suggest she laugh it off with a remark like 'I dont know it sure felt like I had a baby."
In short point out the absolute absurdity of these people and not dignify any of it with anger

why should she have to respond? If they want to act like idiots, let them. It’s already creating a backlash against the left.
There is no “Baby Gate”. The whole thing is BS! She should treat it with the contempt it deserves.

The hospital shows 2 babies born that day. Neither were Trig. She’s going to have to counter with hard facts. There should be a birth certificate.
Also the left’s racism and misogyny is in full view these days and I think its good for all to see it
I don't think she should respond at all. I do wonder if somebody like, say, Olberman would use this, even by oblique reference. I suppose if it got even that far, somebody should say something, but it shouldn't be expected of her that she should have to affirm that she actually bore her own son.
You know, it occurs to me that this whole thing is cynically conceived as payback for the allegations that the circumstances of Obama's birth are uncertain. It's the same theme, in a way.

Personally, I think she should come out in stern rebuke. The fact is a large number of Americans will not have heard that the left is doing this to her. If she comes out and scolds them on it, even more women will see how the left really feels about motherhood!

OPERATION CHAOS for the RATS is in full shootin’ mode. I bet James Carville and the Forehead are laughin’ their butts off over the smears of the Palin family. I’m sure they justify it by remembering all the smears of Chelsea and the endless rumors that she is Web Hubbell’s daughter. Minor children of candidates should be off limits, and unless adult children are putting themselves in the limelight, they should also be left alone.
Ignore it. In fact, it’s ridiculous that FR has had so many threads on this issue. It falls into the same category as UFOs and bigfoot. It’s worth a post now and then for a good laugh at how stupid (or in this case, evil) the opposition can be, but to treat it seriously only gives it attention it doesn’t merit.
I agree with BunnySlippers - something like this is easy to document. IF they wanted this disgusting thing to go away, they could squash this in any number of ways.
I’m hoping that they are letting it go because:
A - It’s beneath an answer
B - It’s good for our side
C - She’ll tell Obombat to show us his COLB first
The DUmmies are going wild about Palin, with the latest being that her daughter is pregnant and that she wasn’t vetted, proving McCain is reckless. She has hit them where they live, and they will tear her down or die trying.

My first reaction is that the campaign should post an obviously photoshopped Hawaiin “certification of live birth” for Trig Palin. I understand this is the most powerful evidence one can have.
But really, I think she should not dignify these rumors with comments.

They are using pictures from 2006 of Sarah’s daughter who has a normal female figure with a bit of a pooch (unlike the anorexic Hollywood types). They are trying to say that she was preggers then. Trig was born in April. LONNNNNNNNNNGGGG GESTATION.
Another photo when Sarah was supposed to be 7 months pregnant, you can’t see Sarah’s belly, but you can see her daughter. Same small pooch of a normal female figure.
Between the Key jangling around McCain and picking on a teenage girl for political gain, they have sunk to new lows.
my last thought of the night is these people need to protect their kids ...how best to do that?
I assume there are experts in the campaign who know how to deal with these issues

People posting ona basketball forum are posting commenst on a women haviong a baby or not having a baby..Then you write that many nutroots over there actually belive this stuff.
You are correct. They are nutbags. They belive silly crap.
So why do you think that releasing medical records will change their mionds? We actually have so-called human beings in this very Coutry that swear George Bush bombed the world trade center on 9/11..
The point is that some people are nuts for a reason and facts, truth, common snese, those things usally are not a part of their life....
