The Chicago Sun-Times reports that Rezkos lawyers asked for an extension from September 3rd to prepare for the sentencing hearing.
"A federal judge has postponed the sentencing of convicted political fund-raiser Tony Rezko by nearly two months, pushing his sentencing hearing back to Oct. 28 one week before the presidential election."
Bringing Rezko back into the spotlight - what timing.
More great news!!!!
I fully expect it to be postponed again ... to after the election. This is Chicago.
It will be delayed again....until after the election.
Slick Tony better hope that osamaobama loses the election. Because should he win, I expect him to have an “accident” in prison-osamaobama’s henchmen will see that once behind bars Rezko doesn’t come out alive-regardless of the length of sentence.
Now why would you think that?
The Chicago way would be for him to get a quiet full pardon the day after BHO wins, with zero news coverage and zero questions answered.
Thanks Renfield!
Also, thanks to Ernest for this one:

yes but he still would have the dirt on osamaobama, and as they say-”dead men tell no tales” It would be cheaper and easier for osamaobma to have Rezko take a “walk in Ft Marcy Park” than have him out walking around with what he knows.
Rezko is already singing like a canary.
The Prosecutor wouldn't agree unless he were. After they've squeezed everything they can from Rezko, they'll make a sentencing recommendation to the Judge praising his cooperation.
Watch for Blago to be indicted soon and with any luck, the Obaminator himself.
