I was there yesterday, and it is still one of the world's most beautiful cities. It is also a cesspool of degradation, as one quickly finds out when strolling down Market Street, or any other major thoroughfare.

YOU specifically asked about EVERY behavior, that indicates that there is more than one, so list them.
Here's why a lot of people don't want to play with you. Instead of answering the basic premise of the discussion, you take every word of someone's comments and parse them like it's the declaration of independence. Many of us see that as obsessive behavior. So you will forgive us if we don't hang out.

San Francisco went “clean” for a short period (1917-1967) due to a combination of upper class folks worried about “property values” and uptight lower middle class Irish Catholic voters worried about “losing their daughters.”
Actually, YOU hadn't asked for an explanation until now. However, it is a FACT that prostitution preys upon women and oftentimes their addictions and is closely linked with slavery.

Women can chose not to be prostitutes. You want the government to protect people from the consequences of that choice.
