It could be, but it could also be a hormone imbalance called PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome.) One of the symptoms is bed facial acne (I know - I’m dealing with it also...)

I have that as well. I deal with the weight issue. I can be on a strict calorie diet and not lose weight, at all. I keep hearing doctors say “Calories in, calories out” and I’m sorry, I’m not cramming candy bars in when no one is looking. It can wreak havoc on your cycles too.
