pesky flaws in the system that can't possibly be fixed via tort-law reform to screen out the most frivolous lawsuits. Sure it could. Adopt "Loser Pays." If your suit is dismissed for no merit, you must pay all of the attorney's fees and court costs.

The deadly consequences of government dependency is a topic for another day.
I think this is a very important topic that should be discussed every single day. From Hurricane Katrina to the death of this poor little girl; government dependency, the sense of undeserved entitlement, and lack of personal responsibility are devastating.
