I guess I missed something. What does political and legal power by minority groups have to do with “systemic” discrimination in housing? Housing discrimination was banned by the Fair Housing Act of 1968. It’s probably an economic issue; i.e. poor people, minority or not, can’t afford to buy a house on Long Island as it is.
