There were 301,765 registered Republicans and 300,435 registered Democrats in the county, a difference of only 1,330 voters, as of July 28. The numbers reflect a rapid increase in Democratic voters just over the past few months, according to the San Bernardino County Democratic Party.

“The way things are shaping up ... I think you’re going to see a political renaissance of Latinos and other groups - participation and voting that is unprecedented,” he said. “This is going nationwide. It’s catching fire.”

Because of where we live I have always had friends of Mexican descent. They are all conservatives when you talk to them but they all vote Democrat. I have never understood it.

No more tax cuts for country clubbers. They spend their political capitol on getting tax cuts when the country needed secure boarders. The scum of the country club sells out now let them shell out.

I’ve heard that the Inland Empire was the “subprime mortgage” capital of America, and that many, if not most of the folks involved in said schemes were Latinos and blacks from LA County, to so nothing of new immigrants.

Same with the large Indian-American population in my neck of the woods. Conservatives of the heart, liberals of the brain in their case.

Maybe The Treasure of the Sierra Madre in 1948 was ahead of it’s time for voter ID.
