Terrible.
The SUV reportedly drove through a wash, rolled over several times and landing on the roof, crushing it.
RIP, but they’d all be alive and well if they stayed home.
This is particularly true as the driver swerves, since all he undrestrained occupants go straight and overload one side of the vehicle.
“he undrestrained” = the unrestrained.
must . . . remember . . . type . . . sober
Yep, just like 50 gallons of water in a rolling canoe, sure recipe for an immediate capsize.
The only remkable part of this is that it made the news at all. We see this on a regular basis in the Tucson area.
This is a tragedy. People don’t deserve to die when they come here to better their lives. That being said, it would have been a very good thing to have stopped the van at the someday-to-be-built wall and sent them back home to work hard and better their own country. While they’re at it, maybe they could overthrow their corrupt government and start over.
Well said.
Good Lord. I get antsy when there’s five people in an eight-person van.
Snicker.
Looks like that vehicle with the oh-so-sexy lines has already been in a highway sandwich.
It has the look my buddy Hank describes as “cheese-mo.”
There are a couple around Houston, and I giggle every time I see one, because you just KNOW the alleged man behind the wheel is a granola-munchin’ hippie.
FWIW, with “marginal” credit you can get the base model for $160 a month.
