Amen bro. Good on my native State of Texas.

Glad this animal got his just deserts and that partical justice has been served. They need to execute the others who are waiting the same fate.

Also good that the UN, the Secretary General, the World Court, Mexico, and this Administration were shown tat the US Constitution still reigns supreme in this land at least on this count. Now we need to see this example grow.

"AND to our illustrious President George W. Bush, who apparently has forgotten what it even MEANS to be a Texan, as he was among the moonbats and globalists whining for Medellin to be spared!"

Where'd you hear that?

So far, nothing yet from Auntie Helen. She has been angling for the top job at the UN, so I’ll be surprised if she says nothing. Still, it is an election year for her, and she does need to be careful what she says.

We need Auntie Helen in the UN. It’s a guaranteed way to bring an end to that thoroughly corrupt and discredited organization.

Awesome example of F U Congress, Administration, UN, Mexico, and the world in general - butt the hell out - States Rights in the U S of A are still alive & kicking, although the scumbag murderer isn’t anymore. Awesome job Texas! Federalism lives.

A well deserved end to a hideous murdering animal.

Texas just told the UN, the Secretary General, the World court, Mexico...and the members of this administration who wanted to give in to them to ALL GO TO HELL, as they prompty sent Medellin there, or at least arranged the transfer.

Good on my native State of Texas. God bless the great State and Republic of Texas! May her example spread and may it cause tyrants near and far who would trample our constitution to realize there is a fighting spirit yet left in this land to rise up against and defeat their aims.

President Bush and other federal officials urged Texas to grant the hearing, but Texas officials adamantly refused.

Words cannot express the deep affection I have for my state for this noble decision in the face of an increasingly PC world: first, for its love of Justice and the avenging of its citizens' horror, and secondly, for its assertion of state sovereignty in its defiance of an evil organization that would usurp all sovereignty worldwide. My hat's off to you, Texas.

Right on!!

The U.S. government apparently told the ICJ that they would hold off on the execution till the case was decided by it.

The ICJ can now decide the case at its leisure.

Texas to ICJ:
“Go f**k yourself corrupt bastards. “

I wish they could kill him again.

But, oh well. Once will have to do.

Congratulations to the citizens of the great state of Texas.

"I had read that it had stalled for a Supreme Court ruling. Pleased to see the decision was correct."

I read the same thing. I have three questions:
1. Didn't the USSC already rule against Bush regarding this being a States matter?
2. Why did the USSC even consider a stay after said ruling when they could have refused to accept the case and accept the ruling of the Texas Supreme Court?
3. Why was the decision SO close?

While I'm glad justice was finally done, the fact that the USSC got involved at the last minute and had such a close decision is very troubling, to say the least.

It is despicable to hope that anyone burns in hell. It is sinful to hope that anyone will go to hell.

I’m not opposed to executing murderers. The guy sounds like a piece of human excrement, etc. But all Christians, anyway, are obliged to hope that he might be saved somehow.

George Bush is not a Texan! Just living here does not make you a Texan. You must be born here to be a Texan.
