Forensics specialist Techdude, who has been chipping away at the Obama Birth Certificate mystery for some time, has confirmed that the name on the original Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) which was used to forge the document presented by Barack Obama as his valid Birth Certificate IS:
Maya Kassandra Soetoro.
His sister.
The document presented by Obama as the “truth about his birth certificate” can be seen on his official campaign web page, “FightTheSmears,” here.
In an exclusive TexasDarlin report on Sunday, Techdude revealed that he had discovered the true identity of the person on the original COLB, but that he was not ready to disclose that person’s name.
He gave readers step-by-step instructions for conducting the analysis at home. In a follow-up post, I published a comment by Techdude in which he explained why he was waiting to name the person, and he challenged readers to solve the mystery first, offering a free trip to Las Vegas for the first person who posted the correct answer.
Several hours later, KG, a reader on the TexasDarlin blog, posted her/his discovery in the Comments section of this post, and detailed the technical process she/he followed to get there.
KG revealed the original name on the COLB:
Maya Kassandra Soetoro.
Techdude has reviewed KG’s analysis, and verified the result.
KG does not have the technical tools to immediately produce a report for publication, and is not sure he/she wants to be published. Nevertheless, you can read KG’s process yourself in the Comment thread.
In the coming days, Techdude will provide a final report that fully discloses his discovery, and provides all the fancy technical data, images, formulae etc. that everyone has come to expect. He will respond to questions posted on this blog to the best of his ability. (NOTE: KG has asked Techdude to donate the trip funds to help retire Hillary’s debt, and Techdude has agreed.)
Now, Senator Obama faces a serious and urgent inquiry from Americans:
Why was his sister Maya’s birth certificate used to make his own?
I have a preliminary theory, and it goes something like this:
The Hawaii COLB form was revised in 2001. Prior to that, it included much more birth information, such as name of the hospital, signatures and professions of parents, etc.
If Obama needed to show his birth certificate to the public during the election, he wanted to present the current short version, but the one he had in a shoebox somewhere was an older version.
When it became clear in 2007 that he might need to show it, Maya’s COLB was ordered. Obama did not order his own because he didn’t want a chatty Hawaii Govt. employee to notice that the child’s name on his COLB is Barry Soetoro, and the father’s name, Lolo Soetoro. He did not want his legal name and Indonesian identity to be known.
If it got to the point that the campaign needed to show a birth certificate, as a last resort they would make a few digital adjustments to Maya’s in order to transform it into Barack Hussein Obama’s COLB, and post it on line. They trusted, in this event, that Govt. employees or officials would not bother to check it against his real name, or would just keep quiet if they did notice. Obama probably never expected the electorate to question its authenticity, at least not to this degree.
That’s my theory, anyway.
There are, of course, two other important questions related to this investigation:
1. Is Maya aware that her COLB was used to fabricate Obama’s?
AND
2. Why does Maya have a Hawaiian birth certificate in the first place, as she was born in Indonesia?

I truly believe the Obama cult is so strong now that it would not matter if irrefutible evidence were uncovered and readily available to the public.
The MSM would ignore, downplay and/or smear the person or group trying to bring it to the public eye. His diehard supporters don’t give a crap if he is not a U.S. citizen. They don’t care if he is Indonesian. They are this close to having their first “black president” and they don’t want a little piddly a$$ problem like our Constitution and LAWS to stand in the way. They are willing to riot and scream racism and “burn this mutha down” to have the man of “hope and change” put into office.
I don’t know who has the legal standing to contest Obama’s eligibility. One would think “The People” have a right to know the truth about a presidential candidate.

Does this somehow prove that Obama is not eligible to be president? Otherwise, it’s in the “so what” category. You don’t choose your parents and you can’t choose what they put on your birth cirtificate. The interesting interpretation of this situation is that the US law in effect at the time required that the mother have been a US citizen for 5 years at the time of the child’s birth (if born on foreign soil). Obama’s mother was (I believe) 19 and some make the case that she had been a citizen of legal age for only 1 year. Therefore, if born in Kenya (big if), Obama would not be considered a naturalized citizen and could not be elected president.
He'll do that right after J'Fink signs the form to release his military medical records............BTW, Did you know he was in Vietnam?.....

I think in some states, a COLB can be associated with adoption -- that is, an event which occurs after the birth but which is intended to legally tie a child to a parent in the eyes of the US government. I don't say that Obama was adopted, but if he was born in Kenya, perhaps a Hawaiian COLB was sought afterwards when the mother returned from overseas, so that she would have some US paperwork to associate with her child.
Only if he were born on a military installation outside the continental U.S., such as McCain being born in Panama, I believe...or ME, for that matter, having been born to a Canadian mother and an American G.I. Dad at Pepperill AFB, St. John's Newfoundland. THAT is what gives me my U.S. Citizenship.

Obama has lied about his background. He says he was "never a Muslim". A lie. Obama put out that 'yup, this birth certificate is his birth certificate'. Another lie, it's his sister's COLB (Certificate of Live Birth).
Let's say Obama is elected and he starts issuing Executive Orders, signing and vetoing bills. Someone harmed by these actions decides to do a little research, finds out the Obama is not eligible to be President and sues to vacate all of Obama's actions.
Eligibility to be President is in the Constitution. For the sake of our constitutional order, Obama needs to clear up any confusion on this issue, which then becomes a non-issue; just like with McCain. Obama owes it to Americans to clear this up, which ought to be as simple and supply his real, original birth certificate.

Please note that the US code you are quoting is in effect now, but the code that matters is the code from the time of Obama’s birth. My understanding is that up until 1986, children whose birth matched his (alleged) situation would NOT have been considered citizens. Specifically, I think that item (g) in the code you quote was once worded differently and would have excluded a child born to a 19-year-old American citizen, if the child were born in a foreign country.

I still want to know how he got into Pakistan in 1981 when no Americans or non-muslims were allowed. At all.
And he conveniently stopped by Indonesia on the way over. And he was 20, right in between the 18-21 to claim his Indonesian citizenship with “Muslim” listed as religion as his adoptive father. Just what was needed to get into Pakistan.
And why go to Pakistan in the first place? What does a college student “working through college” as he says, have to spend his money on a sight seeing tour in Pakistan?

Come on. The best thing we can do is ignore this. The chosen one may win 10 states tops.
Do we really want to face Hillary as the nominee? And if this story is true, don’t you think the Clintons will break it a week before the convention or better yet, a week or two before the election?
The Clinton machine said there was a suprise. Going public with this 2-3 weeks before the election practically guarantees that Hillary is shielded from any scrutiny while her convention speech is hailed as an act of courageousness.
