Sadly, it IS everywhere, and when Mayors like this are elected all across the land, there will be more and more of it.

I don’t think the GOP takes the infiltration of groups like this seriously. They are backed by BIG money from other states.

Hell, we’ve had half a dozen City & County Council seats filled with “progressives” that were funded from groups OUTSIDE of Wisconsin!

Our CongressLesbian Tammy Baldwin gets the majority of her campaign funding from OUT OF STATE. And she’s Wisconsin’s representative? Hello!

I’m confused, the left is constantly telling us how the Blue states where the majority of these major urban centers are support the red states with tax revenue, culture and education. Why do they need the assets of the Federal Government when they are such bastions of virtue, egalitarianism and wealth? You guessed it, I am not a city dweller so I suppose it is all beyond my ability to comprehend.

“Contrary to the Founders intent, power has devolved to population centers, to the bane of good governance.”

However, we STILL have “counties” or “parishes” or “whatever” within our states because 100+ years ago, our “Government” needed to be within a days horseback ride from the people it represented.

Not that I want my representatives camping in my back yard, but something needs to give!

It takes me 10 minutes to get to my “seat of Government” and when I get there, they’re not in; they’re in Washington, DC f-ing things up, LOL! (Herb Kohl, Russ *SHUDDER* Feingold, and my CongressLesbian Tammy Baldwin.)

Pity me! ;)

Someone emailed the following...I thought it was quite amusing...

Subject: Walking Eagle

'Walking Eagle' Senator BARACK OBAMA was invited to address a major gathering of the American Indian Nation two weeks ago in upstate New York . HE spoke for almost an hour on HIS future plans for increasing every Native American's present standard of living, should HE one day become the President. HE referred to his career as a Senator, how he had signed 'YES' for every Indian issue that came to his desk for approval. Although the Senator was vague on the details of his plan, he seemed most enthusiastic about his future ideas for helping his 'red sisters and brothers'.

At the conclusion of his speech, the Tribes presented the Senator with a plaque inscribed with his new Indian name - Walking Eagle. The proud Senator then departed in his motorcade, waving to the crowds.

A news reporter later inquired to the group of chiefs of how they came to select the new name had given to the Senator. They explained that Walking Eagle is the name given to a bird so full of shit it can no longer fly.

The cities should support themselves. They are led by the master leaders, the dems.

The major problem with this is THE INNER CITY FOLK’S DON’T CARE! It’s not their money!

As the saying goes, "When it comes to robbing Peter to pay Paul, Paul usually is in agreement."
