Who IS that supersized goober-looking redneck standing there with him grinning as he talks about the light shinging down?

Actually, Obama wants to tax us and turn it over the U.N., which will spread the wealth throughout Turtle Bay and among varied third world kelptocrats.

Exactly. They can’t figure out the point of it. The left does not understand that glory does not derive from utopian idealism, but from lots of hard, unglorious work mixed with clear, sober thought. To the left, politics is religion, and politicians are gods and miracle workers.

The McCain camp knows that McCain, despite all his flaws, is not easily mocked. So they can get away with the ridicule of The One. Its great.

I am waiting for an ad attacking his Global Tax/Poverty Tax plan. What until the rest of the country gets wind that Obama is trying to tax everyone here and spread the wealth throughout the world.

By unmasking The Dalibama for the farce he is, McCain is forcing him to retreat to talking about his policies (instead of his lofty visions). And policy is where no Democrat can safely tread. It bores the very people he used to excite (college kids don't swoon over policies), and it repulses anyone who isn't already sold out to Obamunisitic Socialism.

This is a little like 1992, when the first President Bush had all the ammunition for a negative campaign against Clinton, and Clinton turned it against Bush by asking why he didn't have much positive to say about his own plans.

Democrats actually do run more negative campaigns than Republicans -- you can expect to hear a lot of attacks from Obama -- but the perception is the other way around, that Republicans are the one's doing all the name calling, and that's something Republicans have to be aware of.

If all McCain and his people have to talk about is Obama, we're in trouble. But this is a web ad, directed at people who are already for McCain and intended to rouse their spirits. You won't see things like this on mass market television.

Somehow I suspect Chuck and RR are getting a huge laugh out of the visuals ... and perhaps RR is nudging Chuck to say, “Hey, I like the big stick and exaggerated wave!”

This is just like their responses to losing from 1994 through 2004 -

people were voting their arrogant asses out of power,

and their response was that the voter was “too dumb to vote the ‘right’ way”.

“That ‘nose in the air’ thing is what I find creepy about the guy.”

I pointed that out to the Obama supporters I know, and they told me I was full of it - that he doesn’t do it. Whew, glad to know I’m still observant!

Anyway, I went to DU last night and they are not happy. But when you have a candidate whose wife claims he IS the only one who can save America’s soul...when he himself says he wants to create a kingdom on Earth and we will have an epiphany to vote for him...when Oprah introduces him as The One...how could they not expect this?

The proud cannot stand scorn,

so, the best thing to do to these arrogant leftists

is to RIDICULE their arrogance.

A lot of people think this is OK. What they don’t understand is that this will be compounded by all of the other costs required to support the socialist agenda.

“A lot of people” -

meaning those that aren’t old enough to, or never have, made enough income to notice that their hard work is being punished in order to subsidize those who choose not to work.

Another great ad would be a side by side timeline of each candidate’s life. Show McCain being born and Obama’s time line blank. Show McCain in the Hanoi Hilton and Obama in grade school. Include the photo of Obama in the Indonesian garb. Show obama in school when McCain was a Senator. Only the last 10 years would show Obama involved in any type of politics.

Great idea - and we could show Barry fraudulently registering illegal voters as a “community organizer” with ACORN.

There is a huge difference between the way McCain handles hostile questions and the way Obama does.

Obama gets defensive and does a lot of fillibustering and obfuscating, but McCain just smiles and says what he thinks.

If all McCain and his people have to talk about is Obama, we're in trouble.

This election is not about issues or McCain. It's about Obama....the messiah....the anointed one...the merciful.

He is Britney Spears and Paris Hilton and Jesus.. all rolled into one.

No one cares about issues or McCain. And McCain's campaign is just starting to figure this out.
