And with keeping the two innocent border guards in prison.
GRRR
Turn out the lights, the party’s over for Obama and the dems if they fail to get an real energy bill passed the next two weeks. I keep coming back to the same question are the democrats really this stupid?
“And with keeping the two innocent border guards in prison. GRRR”
Exactly.
Bush, being the current lame duck, is definitely not playing politics. He shows his creed.
Republicans in the House are playing politics. I support them completely in any rebellious efforts against Democrats, but I don’t believe their sincerity. Only their desperation. Many are facing the prospect of losing their jobs, and their pork machines. They’re scared, so they’re doing something they should have done from day one. They’ve picked this one battle and want us to forget past sins, and that they contributed greatly to the mess the nation is in.
But you are well aware of these things.
“I keep coming back to the same question are the democrats really this stupid?”
I think the real question might be: Are Americans still stupid enough to elect liberals (of either party)?
Many of the democrats that won in 2006, ran as conservative democrats. The gop should run ads in these districts saying that they ran as moderates yet sided with Pelosi, killing off energy independence. Insuring high gas prices. They gave us change and we’re paying for it everytime we fill up.
Sigh.
True. True.
Well, they’re certainly suffering right now from left-wing polices whether they be from the gop of the dems. But I think that Pelosi could be dumped as speaker if the conservative democrats cut a deal with the gop. So I’m blaming them for this mess, the new freshman dems.
“Bush is apparently not interested. Hes concerned about the plight of our poor illegal aliens.”
Probably half his family of Jeb’s side is ILLEGAL?
This should be a national ad for the GOP. It would raise enthusiam for the BASE and tell the Indies that the Fascist Dems under Pelosi and Reid refused an up and down vote on energy. Who knows how it might affect local Congressional races?
It must be a partial list as the WSJ said “Texas Republican Rep. John Culberson and Michigan Republican Rep. Pete Hoekstra sent play-by-play dispatches about the pep rally via Twitter, an online messaging service.” and neither of them are on the list. (I can’t find my rep mentioned anywhere.) I know I’m late to the party, but when it all started I was in the clutches of our wonderful air travel industry and didn’t get loose until the wee hours of the morning.)
A dim bulb promises “A New Change for America”, turns out the lights and goes on vacation. I thought it was funny.
