Federal officials said Monday that Gwinnett is now the focal point of competing metro area Mexican drug cartels trafficking cocaine and methamphetamines due to its burgeoning Hispanic population and transportation infrastructure.

Poor drug dealer, boo fricken hoo....Walking out of a local 7-11 one Saturday night I spotted 2 women in a truck filling up their noses...smiling and laughing....I wished I could have thrown a picture at em of one of the hundreds of innocent people butchered to provide them with their high...Stupid B*******.
I work in Gwinnett near Buford Hwy, so this doesn’t surprise me at all. We have an uptick in crime this year in our office park. Smash and grab in our office.
I agree. This county has lost its charm. How many empty strip malls are near you?
Don’t forget to vote today. Get the ‘old meat’ out of here.
Buford Hwy is disgusting. I refuse to drive it along with Jimmy Carter Blvd.

When I’m down in Atlanta, the only reason I ever end up on Buford Highway is because the Ham Radio Outlet store is along US 23 in Doraville.
Buford also has the greatest sign in Atlanta next to the Big Red Chicken. There’s a place in Doraville called the Baden Baden Hof. A German restaurant, I guess...but the sign is in English AND KOREAN. How great is that?
My wife, BTW, grew up in a little crossroads called Grayson, which used to be the nowhere end of Gwinnett County. Last I heard, all the woods and open fields she wandered as a kid are being plowed under for more crap McHouses on 1/3-acre lots, as Atlanta continues to metastazize.

Bufu hwy is dangerous to drive as well. You know more than half the people on the road have never owned a car, have no license, no insurance, are not legal and can’t speak english.
We moved to Gwinnett Co., from CA two years ago. We thought the crime in southern CA was bad because of the illegals and now it seems they have followed us here. Neighbors here laugh at us for locking our doors when we’re in and out during the day. Guess they don’t read the local paper. We’re off the beaten path but it seems no area is safe. The first time I picked up the Gwinnett paper I wondered what the heck is going on - bodies all over the place! I don’t even read it anymore and it comes free with Charter service.
A couple of years ago, my husband and I got lost in Norcross. We thought we were in Tijuana. We had to stop in three places before we could find anyone who spoke English to give us directions!
This country is so.....screwed.
I live in Gwinnet too. I talked to an apartment landlord and they were renting almost exclusinvly to illegals “acceptamos tax ID”. The crack down by the state appears to be working and they had 60 hispanic families move out(out of 400 units). They have had to let in blacks(the Mexicans did not allow blacks to live in the complex) to replace them as there are few hispanics to move in.

And, our elected officials could not care less.
I worked in Boca Raton FL, and we had problems with that last school year. Right in the church parking lot. I knew a couple of women who lost their purses that way.

The scary thing is, this is what America will be like - all over - in 20 years because of these severe demographic changes.
For that reason I’m thinking of moving to Idaho, Montanna or the Eastern Europe. Anyone else thinking of doing the same?
Maybe McCain had better check the names of America's fallen heroes. None died for lawlessness.
In 20 years all of those places will probably be just the same. I would love to move where it’s not like that, but I don’t know where that would be (can’t predict that far into the future). We have sort of planned to retire in NM.

Yep.
New Mexico is ground zero for this. You might want to think about the Mountain states.
