UAE cancels nearly $7 billion in Iraq debt: UAE source

ABU DHABI (Reuters) - The United Arab Emirates has cancelled the entire debt owned to it by Iraq, which totals just under $7 billion including interest and arrears payments, a UAE diplomatic source told Reuters on Sunday.

I wonder if the 'rats will notice the progress in restoration of the Iraqi government to legitimacy among its neighbors. More fruits of the Surge. It must suck to be a 'rat now whenever the subject of Iraq comes up.

I loved that show. No special effects, everything done at a table and an open window. Pure dialogue that was well written.

That being said.....this $7 Billion forgiveness is surely Bush’s Fault.
