It isn’t going to be pretty. We can sure agree on that. The next four years will be pure hell for Conservatives.

remember back to Clinton in 1992. I thought the world was coming to an end with that jerk headed to the White House. Did the world come to and end?

Ask the 9/11 family's that question. Clinton had Osama Bin Laden in the cross-hairs more than once. Who's administration erected the wall of separation between intelligence agencies?

Who occupies the White House makes a big difference.

Coulter: "so we can repel every American who voted for Ronald Reagan in order to win the votes of people like Christine Todd Whitman."

Harsh. But needed to be said.

There's a joke here somewhere. How many moderates and centrists does it take to produce a gallon of ethanol?

One to stomp on the corn and x to turn the barrel around?

He should ask Senator Kerry to check into that "wind energy" thing:

Maybe they can get together on this with Pelosi and "get the country moving again."

I think Obama is 10 times worse than Bill Clinton.

A few years ago, I would have argued with you that you have to vote. Things have gotten so bad that I understand your sentiments regarding McCain. Just after McCain got the nomination I considered not voting, but I'm the type that has to vote.

I agree with your comments. I’m not so sold on the voter fraud part of it. I’m not sure the Democrats will even need it.

Gore and Kerry both lost by the slimest of margins. And the Republican party acts as if it has a lot of votes it can just throw away.

Okie-dokie, we’ll see how that goes.

I had the same thoughts. If the obamanation does get elected, I bet we have a good shot at getting Congress back after two years like we did with Ding-Dong.

History will not record for whom DoughtyOne or Jacquerie voted.

It may very well record that an unapologetic Marxist was elected in the former Land of the Free because good people did nothing to stop him.

Should he win in November, it won't be with the help of the moderates and independents. It will be those despised conservatives who hold their nose and pull the lever for him not because they love him but because they love America and know what a Barack Hussein Obama presidency would do to America.

This is an absolute disheartening prediction. No conservative that I know of is going to vote FOR McCain as it stands right now. That may change come Nov as you suggest and I may be the only conservative that actually votes for an unknown conservative this election.

I think it's actually going to turn out opposite from what you're crystal balling!

You and I agree with regard to Osama Bin Laden. There are also other matters that should be addressed and weren’t. And that involves both the Clinton administration and the Bush administration.

It took 19 Saudi Nationals to take down our WTC. They were here on student visas. We have over 30,000 Saudi Nationals with student visas here right now. What’s our excuse if some of them go postal now?

What about our southern border, a place known to have middle-eastern as well as south American people coming across. Who protects us against them?

Who protects our citizens from the low-grade terrorism that is taking place each and every day, while our citizens are killed, raped, harmed, robbed, the victims of burglaries, our children abused and more by foreign nationals?

Who cares about that? I’ve seen no evidence this administration does.

McCain will be even worse across the board.

Oh OK

I usually hit the Free Republic topic because Ann Coulter is a member here.

You got a few others without even that qualification on the FR sidebar too.

Well, before Clinton we thought he would be ten times worse than he was. Look, I dispise Clinton, his wife, his staff, and every Democrat who defended him. Don’t get me wrong.

I am not convinced Obama is ten times worse.

I support you doing what you think you need to do. I can’t join you. I don’t want a consumate leftist as a Repbulican President. It will short circuit any networking of Conservatism against McCain’s leftist intent. I don’t want to see the RNC and Congressional Republicans fronting for his lefist policy.

I’d rather see them unifed against Obama’s crummy policy.

No more clothespins for me. If the GOP loses, maybe next time they'll run a real candidate.

It's too bad it had to come to this to wake them up. If it works.

No more lesser of two evils for me either.

I believe so too. Who knows. All I know is I don’t want a consumate leftist to be leading the Republican party for the next four years. If this guy wants go sell this nation on EBay for $3.75, who objects. Democrats? Hell no, they’d love to see it destroyed. Republicans? Hell no, the RNC’s cash cow proposed it. It’s the idea of the guy Congresscritters want favors from. They can’t oppose it.

Give me a guy we can oppose with all our might, not a guy 60-70% of this forums participants will slap on the back for doing any leftist thing he wants.

And what will it say when McCain passes the FTAA and moves us into an AU without opposition? What will it say when he makes us a member of the ICC, supports LOST and sinks us with global warming initiatives? You’re right. It won’t show that I didn’t support him, but I’ll know.

Ann Rox, but lets give him a chance to come around on Anwr before we stone him. You would have to be braindead not to see the benefit of drilling.

If you like $5/gal, Thank Congress.

Oh, he is five times worse, at least, IMO.

McCain is patriotic, Obama is a marxist scumbag. That alone is worth the 5X rating.

But there is one thing McCain will do that will be worse than what obama can do. And that is move the GOP to the left, as he has been trying to do for at least 15 years or more. But I’m not forgiving the GOP for nominating him in the first place. They already have jumped the shark as a party and hence my tagline.
