No revelation here. Not only will they not go for the death penalty, they will defend the gangbangers rights and probably defend him with an excuse like... he ate too many twinkies as a child and therefore it is not his fault.

Woman is widowed by a sociopath in a “no death penalty” state. Takes the large insurance settlement and buys a rifle and gun club membership. Buys a kit to make it a sniper rifle and learns to shoot it at looooong range. Yada, yada, yada...she whacks him.

Both senseless, tragic acts and guns did it! but -- from the start each shooter's ethnicity was known. As I recall the reports at the time of the shooting witnesses gave police descriptions of the shooter's car and occupants.

Problem is that many GOPers share a lot of the similar pro-crime pro-illegal panderings of the far left. Many GOPers (McCain) support illegal alien amnesty...and would allow moral pig scum like MS-13 to remain in the country. You also have GOPers like Hannity now getting weak on the death penalty

My wife’s attitude would be “You’d better hope the police get to you first.” Then there would be a series of slow, painful deaths in the following weeks. I’m more merciful, I’d just shoot them.

She is an Obama supporter.
She also was praised by AHNULD’s Chief of Staff, a Ms. KENNEDY and a DEMOCRAT.
The Republican Party will die in November if McCain can’t beat Obama. And if that happens, it NEEDS to go.
Don’t look to the Republicans.

Silly FReepers, liberals restrict the death penalty only to unborn babies. Convicted murderers are deemed more worthy and are protected from state-sponsored killing.
I doubt the police would look to hard insomuch as Kamala refused to go for the death penalty when one of their own was gunned down by a gangbanger. The police hate her. At least the ones with any spine.
