Police reports show that three men arrested in a Phoenix home invasion and homicide Monday may have been active members of the Mexican Army.
While on the J.D. Hayworth show, Phoenix Law Enforcement Association President Mark Spencer said that the men involved were hired by drug cartels to perform home invasions and assassinations.
The Monday morning incident at 8329 W. Cypress St. resulted in the death of the homeowner. Between 50 and 100 rounds were fired at the house.
Spencer said a police officer told him that one of the men captured said they were completely prepared to ambush Phoenix police, but ran out of ammunition.
He added that all were all dressed in military tactical gear and were armed with AR-15 assault rifles. Three other men involved in the invasion escaped.

And the AZ Republic is ignoring it too...no surprise there.
Nuevo Laredo coming to a town near you....

And it still sounds like terrorism to me.
Nope. Sounds like war.
As if this isn’t bad enough......

Man accused in border agent’s death said freed in Mexico
Mexico is our friend and ally. Both our presidential candidates say so.

Good grief man.
Well gee, send them back to Mexico where a certain judge can release them.
coming sooon.... its here... plus we did beat this horse senseless yesterday...
I’ll quote the late George Carlin: “Power does what it wants”.
I’ve been out of the hopping and bopping business for a long time but this “ . . .armed with AR-15 assault rifles.”, doesn’t make any sense at all.
Thank you, open border Quisling traitors.
Look folks, it’s our fault. If we had granted amnesty to these Mexican soldiers, this wouldn’t have happened! /s
I don’t know what it’s going to take for our federal government to take this situation serious, but I’m by no means convinced they do to this day.
What about your "do-nothing-open-border-Shamnesty-supporter" John Mclame and his Commander-in-Chief who loves all things/people Mexican???
It would seem to me that even if true, the Mexicans would never corroborate this. I hope there is something else beside their attire to support this conclusion. BTW, it wouldn't surprise me if true.
Aren’t foreign soldiers coming into a country and killing citizens considered a declaration of war in most circles?
If they weren’t wearing the uniform, then they were illegal combatants which, thanks to the SCOTUS gives them the full rights of citizenship, and more rights than our own military would have.
Definitely time to call up the AZ militia...
We discussed this yesterday.
They admitted their status.
Isn’t that amazing. That and other issues are what contribute to my perception that we have been damned lucky since 09/11.
We’ll pay for it in time. And when we do, some bastard will state that there wasn’t any way anyone could have known.
And when they say that, I’m going to nearly go postal.
All I can say is; WOW!
<”We discussed this yesterday.”>
Where? When? Could you give me a link, please? I’m very interested.
Your do-nothing Governor, Napolitano....
How did the good people of Arizona ever elect this power hungry lezbo freak? I could say the same about light in the loafers Lindsey in South Carolina
AuntB posted the link back at post #6. And I’m glad she did, because it saves me from searching on keyword ‘aliens’.
We have a large influx of Californians, and her Republican challenger was not liked by a fair number of Republican women. I don't know if they didn't vote, or didn't vote for him. In the end, the result was the same.
La Gubernadora won.
The link to yesterday’s discussion is #3. #6 is the link to the Mexican judge releasing the alien who killed the border agent here in January.
Do you guys from Arizona blame Californians for McCain as well?
Oops...thanks!
Sure, why not?
Seriously, I’m sure a healthy number of left-leaning transplants from there have helped the Senator stay in Congress.
Do you remember the Recall McCain effort here?
Unfortunately I don't. I remember recalling our Governor though. Not like Arnold has been all that good. It's a pity your recall didn't work, perhaps if it did we wouldn't have McCain as the presumptive nominee.
Link in Post 3.
I shudder when I see a photo of her. (Janet Napolitano)
I moved here from California a year ago and I am a proud Republican.
I just love talking to people here. Most are conservatives I love it.
In CA I would be drawn and quartered.
I just did a Google Map search, with the satellite view.
This is not a run-down derelict neighborhood.
This is a very nice neighborhood and nice homes.
So we can not imagine that just because we might be fortunate enough to live in a “nice” suburbian home that we will be protected from this sort of violence.
Your comment is quite apropos: “Nuevo Laredo coming to a town near you....”
I shudder to think that the lunacy will come to an end only when a high-profile politico becomes the target of a Mexico-sourced assassination, whether it be the cartels or the government.
Or possibly when the Mexican Army is seen on Fox News duking it out with a hastily-assembled militia of Americans hell-bent on defending their nation.
I am sure they are sending secret Stiffly Worded Notes to the Mexican government.
We don’t need a wall. We need a DMZ.
Ultimately,if we as a nation have not determined to ultimately cede certain territories to Mexico, this will require an invasion and clearing of the entire Mexican border area and establishment of Golan Heights style administration in a strip of northern Mexico.
Mexico is the Southern Front in the current world war. We are not fighting in that war seriously yet. We may not ever get serious. We may find it easier to cede territory than actually get serious.
Good security work is not luck. But good security work has been politically counterproductive because much of the population doesn’t believe there is a real war on, other than the border fights in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Like I said the other thread, why the hell isnt this all over the the media, including Drudge?
Chicago style voter fraud on the Indian reservations.
Wait and see what happens in November..
An Act Of War.
We should respond accordingly, unfortunately the U.S. fedgov is more likely to kill the witnesses and cover up the cross border invasion to keep from embarrassing mexico than it is to do anything that might upset it’s masters south of the border.
well then, sounds like we got us an official war zone down south.. Im sure DHS is all over this and the FBI.
Funny you should say that. The FBI is putting up a new office building here in Sierra Vista about a mile from my house.
Isn’t that where leadership comes in though. I don’t think the public would have balked at getting our borders under control. I don’t think they would have balked at severely reducing the number of Saudi Arabians in country on student visas either.
I cannot figure out why we have allowed these two important areas to go unaddressed for seven years after 09/11. It’s baffling.
Bush has for the most part refused to defend his policies and acts to the people and thereby throws away much of the benefits of his security policies. He gets littlesupport because no one knows what he is doing and he won’t defend it so he has no incentive to go the next step on the Mexican border and shutting out dangerous immigrant.
