A 12 year old girl cut down outside her home by an illegal alien unlicensed driver. And our "leaders" react by suggesting that this tragedy could have been prevented if only we accepted amnesty - that our "strong" immigration laws are responsible for "forcing" the woman to drive without licensing or training.

Ah, yes...destiny....by whose determination? I’m not ready to let ‘destiny’ decide. That hasn’t worked out too well in the past.

Another big “thank you” needs to go out to the excrement that employs these criminals, that provides them with government services at the expense of our own people, the churches that protect them, and the elected idiots that turn a blind eye to the presence of millions of illegals in the US, and their obligation to enforce our laws, secure our borders, and protect or nation.
One can only hope that those mentioned above end up being the victims of the crime that the illegals bring to our land.
I dunno Martin - I'm sure if we delved back enough generations we'd find some conspiring ancestors upon whom to route through your part of collective guilt.

Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office has yet to decide if Adriana Fierro de Marin, 31 should be charged with felony vehicular manslaughter. She has been charged with driving without a license, a misdemeanor.WTF?!? (where's the WTF pic?!)
Police say there is no evidence that drugs or alcohol were a factor in the accident.At this point, does it matter?! a KID was killed by a non-observant driver.. ILLEGAL or not... it should not have happened.
