As I understand the horrendous SCOTUS decision, I think they are right.

Every time Kerry opens his mouth, I am more overjoyed that he lost in 2004.
They seem almost HAPPY that their buddy Osama gets to come to America and get a civil trial. Are these people for REAL?
I can’t wait to hear Levin on this one.

Whichever one of you nails that pig-humper bin Laden with a double tap to the head will get a box of cigars and a bottle of the best Kentucky Bourbon I can find.

This viewpoint by the left, off shore drilling and exploration and gas prices will catapult McCain to victory against Obama. The majority of Americans are on the side with McCain on these issues. At this rate, we might take back Congress and will definitely keep the Presidency.

Stop resisting...
Stop resisting...
Tap, tap.
Problem solved.
The problem with this ruling is that it gives the military no incentive whatsoever to take these scumbags alive.
Maybe that’s not such a problem after all...

That is exactly correct. Just tap him and go on about your business.
This is the second mistake Obama has made today. Things are looking up.

Surely McCain would find a way to not allow him to be tried in our courts...right?? Could he be found not guilty due to insanity??

The Dems certainly understand the concept behind “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”. How else to explain the clear affection for Bin Laden expressed by Kerry and Clarke. What sad cases they are. What a sad party they represent.
To: WesA
If you are an enemy of the United States, you are a friend of John Kerry.

Absolutely. That is the necessary result of the Supreme Court’s opinion.
And you better read him his rights before you arrest him, as well.
To: TexanToTheCore
That is exactly correct. Just tap him and go on about your business. Rush had it right when he said this decision by the court basically means, take no prisoners.

Yeah, the Scotus decision allows Bin Laden to have his day in civilian court. But they're saying he should be allowed a trial in civilian court. That's what they've always wanted.

I can see Ron Kuby preparing his “Islamic Rage” defense now. Kuby and his ilk will be in court talking about Bin Laden and friends as freedom fighters and comparing them favorably to the Founding Fathers. And millions of liberals will nod and agree with him.

THIS should be on the fornt page of every piece of campaign literature McCain puts out.
Obama looks like the dumbest man who ever ran for President. He and Gore together couldn’t make an I.Q. of 120.
