I have to wonder which came first - it's common knowledge that the brain constantly creates new neural connections and breaks down unused connections.

Men who act like women and emote like women are going to build and reinforce the associated neural circuits, so this should come as no surprise. This is not some kind of proof of some genetic cause for queerness.
