Ain’t that a twist? lol

It is going to be a helluva week as the media goes gaa gaa over this latest spate of debauchery plays out across the state.

It will also be a real good week to avoid the local TV news and take a walk or pull some weeds.

Personally, I wish we could strap Chief Justice George in his chair and force him to watch hours of liplocks in that same media coverage and let him savor his and his court’s decision.

Can’t wait til November.

Personally, I don’t care what people do for companionship but the CSC conflation of love with civil marriage chafes my hide! If the government is in the business of sanctioning and “legalizing” gay unions because they “love” one another what’s to stop the sanctioning of other “loves” in the same way? Two brothers, for instance. Or an adult father and daughter. Two bi-sexual women and a man? How about Madonna and the USC football squad? I’m sure a case can be made for their enduring love. Under what rationale can we deny them the same benefit as normal hetero couples?
