Earlier this year, the 57 Muslim nations of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) made an attempt to impose an "Islamic Blasphemy Law" as the Universal Standard, a law which would promote the death penalty for those who blaspheme against the Prophet Muhammad.
Professor Dr. Ekmeleddin Insanoglu, the Turkish Secretary-General of the OIC (including supposed moderate Turkey), issued the above frightening statement on February 15, 2008, partly in response to the re-publication of those now infamous Danish cartoons.

How about the same penalty for blasphemy against Christianity and Judaism . . . there would be a lot less people in the Middle East countries.
Not suprising considering that Muslims worshiping both Mohammed and Allah by pushing for a universal standard. Also not suprising considering that Muslims ill treat Jews and Christians everyday.
Does that mean that Mo-HAM-MUD Im-a-ding-bat, would be punished for his statements against the Jewish Nation and the civil western coalition?
Okayyy, so this art dealer says the solution to the Muslim’s problem with criticism of Mohammed is to gag criticism of any and all religious figures? Right. We resolve the problem of one-way calls for gag orders by supporting a gag order on all. Of course, there might be some differences in how aggressive different parties demand the gag orders be enforced but, hey, we’re into appeasement here. And according to Leslie (man or woman?), the move would stop all hate everywhere to the point that all the jihadists could start kumbayah canteens worldwide. I am actually surprised this is coming from the art world which thrives on inconoclastic rights. Think again, Leslie.
