BTW, I later found out on one of his shows that the “deep voice” who does the breaks on the show...that’s not the actual voice. The announcer actually has a normal voice and uses voice amplifiers to make it sound deep, and spooky.

Ross Mitchell is the announcer. That's his real voice. He does the news on KKOH in the morning. Check out his Barack the Post Turtle daily joke. Unlike Barack the Teleprompter Reader, Ross Mitchell actually has a brain and personality. He has been the guest host for Coast To Coast AM a couple times. He did a good job and with his real announcer's voice.

I didn't know what to expect when I clicked on the joke of the day at the radio station website. "Barack the Post Turtle" would make a funny bumper sticker if enough people had some comprehension of the term.
