On the threat to the judge, I concur with your view.

I take it that the judge, like all American citizens is entitled to her rights under the Constitution.

Anything else would be wrong.

Fur Shur I never voted for any of the F(lds) pukes to undertake extralegal courts ~ which is one of the problems with that group in general.

Judge Barbara Walther shouldnt have to suffer fear of death threats if she responded to what was presented as credible evidence, but CPS and Texas prosecutors went way too far without clear, credible, or corroborated evidence. Now theyre just doing a typical CYA saying they need to monitor these families for the next 2 yrs to see if abuse occurs. They didnt have proof of criminal behavior before they took the kids and they still dont. Someone should inform this bunch that in Texas the legal age for marriage is 15 with parental consent [If you dont like it change the law!]. Underage pregnancy rate runs around 4%, so they cant find one pregnant girl and round up an entire neighborhood. On the surface it seems theres something going on with FLDS et al, but they wasted a whole bunch of $$$ just to prove there were NO crimes committed...

The correct answer is that under our Constitution we are entitled to have judges selected under lawful procedures that are open to examination and review by the public.

The judge, in question, is elected in Texas.

An attack on a judge is an attack on democratic forms and the Republic itself.

So, bring it on F(lds) pukes and punks. There really are tanks in reserve, and they are sufficient to deal with your treachery should that ever be needed.

She blew it and now they’re trying to take some of the sting out of it, ..... People can see right through it.

I'm starting to smell that skunk odor in the woodshed as well.

The judge was attacked? When did this happen?

It was threatened. Then the Governor's mansion was burned.

You sure you're keeping up on this?

So as I understand this we have a raid of private homes because of a tip from an anonymous caller proved to be a hoax that resulted in the removal of 460 children from their homes. CPS says that there was a risk of abuse and cites that 31 of the 58 women 14-17 were pregnant or mothers already. Later it comes out that 26 of those 31 were over 17. And BTW there is nothing illegal about a 17 year old in Texas. So... The question comes: Wouldn’t you be upset about having your children taken from you with such a pathetic pretense?

I’d be pretty damn angry myself.

You sure you're keeping up on this?

Now are you saying that the FLDS burned an empty governors mansion?

An attack on a judge is an attack on democratic forms and the Republic itself.

You have to be the most gullible person that I have ever seen. When it is shown that someone lies to me I tend to distrust them the next time, are you missing that part of your brain?

They lied about Sarah, they lied when they told you they had a 14 year old who was a already a mother and pregnant, they lied when they said that they found patterns of systemic abuse, they lied when they said everyone lived in the same household, they lied when they said a 37 year old women was an underage mother. Nothing the CPS and the LEO's said turned out to be the truth.

Now you are buying (or making them up on your own) their lies that the judge is in danger and that the FLDS burned down the Governors Mansion. Is there no limit to the lies that you will believe? Do you know what True Believers Syndrome is? If not look it up because you are suffering.

Who lied about Sarah? The F(lds) as you no doubt recall informed the Sheriff that no one named Sarah lived there. Turned out there were a number of girls named Sarah.

Be hard in a group like that to not have a Sarah.

About the mansion, an F(lds) donor and supporter was mouthing off about hurting the judge and the mansion burned - pretty much at the same time.

It's like finding yourself the main object of a news story in Early June - you'll be on the news burner for the next 3 months.

Last I heard the Texas Rangers were telling folks it looked like arson.

Sounds like more than a koinkydink, right?

And what is it you do to people you think have "lied" to you? Remember, you're the one saying things are lies ~ particularly those things you haven't heard of because you are not up to date on the story.

I'd take that as yet another F(lds) "supporter" threat, wouldn't you?

So, let's hear what you intend to do to people whose reportage of the news does not satisfy your beliefs?

As I recall the CPS said, quite correctly, that the F(lds) camp constituted a single residence. The F(lds) went to court on the issue of "household" a totally different legal concept and one I pointed out right at the beginning of the discussion on the matter.

You are apparantly not even up to date on the threads where you posted.

You may want to recheck your numbers. The last reported numbers as reported by the major news organs puts that number at 4 as of last week.

In the case of this judge she accepted as fact information that most any other intelligent juror would have to question as suspect or not necessarily accurate. Either she has her own political agenda or she is just a crackpot. Take your choice. Everyone isn't as gullible as you would have us be or this judge in this case. Now she is just trying to cover backside.

LOL You really are dupable if you are still trying to defend a hoax. How does it feel to be so easily deceived.

About the mansion, an F(lds) donor and supporter was mouthing off about hurting the judge and the mansion burned - pretty much at the same time.

Hmm lets see, someone complains about a judge and a gutted Governors Mansion half way across the State goes up in flames - at the same time no less. No one will ever confuse you with Inspector Clouseau will they? Logic isn't your strong point is it?

It's like finding yourself the main object of a news story in Early June - you'll be on the news burner for the next 3 months.

Don't know much about the News Business either do you?

Last I heard the Texas Rangers were telling folks it looked like arson.

Why does Texas need Rangers? Muawiyah already knows who burned the Mansion down. LOL Muawiyah doesn't need silly little things like evidence, motive or access.

Sounds like more than a koinkydink, right?

Wow I feel safer already with muawiyah on the case. Your command of the English language is masterful too : )

And what is it you do to people you think have "lied" to you? Remember, you're the one saying things are lies ~ particularly those things you haven't heard of because you are not up to date on the story.

Are you accusing me of not being up to speed and lying to you? You gullible simpletons wouldn't know the truth if you saw it with your own two eyes.

I'd take that as yet another F(lds) "supporter" threat, wouldn't you?

Like I said you wouldn't know a threat if it slapped you in the face.

So, let's hear what you intend to do to people whose reportage of the news does not satisfy your beliefs?

Nothing? Make fun of simpletons like you? I certainly don't believe them, that would make me as gullible as you and I can hardly imagine a fate worse than that.

Are you familiar with the old Chinese Curse, May you get what you want?

If the CPS was correct then why did the appeals court and the SC disagree? They specifically threw that argument and the 'imminent' danger part of the CPS's case out. I really shouldn't do this but I will give you a hint, if the CPS says anything, it would be smart to independently verify it. In court, a convicted perjurers testimony is less than worthless, even if they are telling the truth.

You are apparently not even up to date on the threads where you posted.

Why do you say that? Have you read the rulings? I have. I guess you really, really want to believe lies don't you.

The Appeals Court simply views child rape in a much more positive light than did the District Court judge.

I'm sure they'll all have to explain themselves about that situation someday.

BTW, the Appeals Court's decision was no doubt written up by one of the prevailing attorneys.

It sets the stage for the next action taken by Warren Jeffs you know.

Basically the F(lds) lawyers tricked the courts. Happens all the time. Ask anyone who's gone to divorce court eh!

What are you talking about? There was no child rape. The fourteen year old girl that the CPS claimed was a mother and pregnant was a lie. Repeat after me. Everything the CPS says is a lie. Everything the CPS says is a lie.

I'm sure they'll all have to explain themselves about that situation someday.

There you go again. Remember you are suffering from True Believer Syndrome. I can recommend a course of treatment if you would like.

That is SOP. If the the judge agrees, why should he rewrite it?

It sets the stage for the next action taken by Warren Jeffs you know.

Yep, that is the consequence of the CPS fouling up so badly.

Basically the F(lds) lawyers tricked the courts. Happens all the time. Ask anyone who's gone to divorce court eh!

Would you like to know a little secret? We have the best government money can buy. That is truth that you can take to the bank.

BTW, Warren Jeffs should not still be in charge of F(lds). He’s in jail for a very long time.

How is that pertinent to the CPS's case? You seem to be confused between people that have already been convicted and CPS officials. I can understand your confusion though : )
