The rarely-seen Matt Drudge, under the supervision of of Clinton consultant Tracy Sefl, is here for the end.
Clinton's aides blame him, as much as anyone else, for her loss.
He wouldn't, however, participate in Jonathan Martin's and my attempt at mindreading.
TOPICS: Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: 2008; drudge; hillary; itsover; newmedia; vrwc

Yep, Drudge has been in the bag for Obama the whole way...of course to defeat Hillary, and for that I thank him.
But now that the Clinton Machine is dismantled, I ask Matt to do his patriotic duty and do the same to Obama and his vile wife.

... for reporting her campaign? She shouldn’t have been so arrogant as to assume she didn’t need to campaign heavily after Super Tuesday. Her own fault. Har Har.

I agree with them 100%.
I have been waiting for Drudge to release his own, “I’ve got a crush on Obama” video.
I’ve written Drudge several times that his bias towards Obama was clear to all.
His pics of Hussein Obama looked like the second coming. He got the most awful pics of Hillary that he could find.
Drudge is no longer an unbiased news source. He sold out.
I hope he’s lost his reputation forever.

There there, dry those tears my friend, perhaps Hiliarly will make another run for the White House in 2012 or 2016.
Weep not, all is not lost.

He didn’t sell out. In fact last fall, he wrote glowing stuff about HRC. Drudge has never pretended to be unbiased. He just hates that the MSM pretends that it is. He is a socially conservative libertarian type of guy with interest in celebrity gossip and “strange-but-true” stories.

Drudge has a grudge (rhymes too) against the Clinton's, and with good reason.
I think now that Shrillary is toast, he'll start attacking Obama - Drudge is a libertarian type and I can't imagine he would consider supporting Obama.
In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Drudge has some dirt on Obama, and is ready to spring it - might be another reason why he wanted Obama to win.

I hope but I’ll believe it when I see it. There’s no doubt that he was overly biased against Hillary. An ObamaNation scares the hell out of me.

Don't kid yourself.
Obama-lama-ding-dong is going to melt in the heat of a late autumn just like Michael Dukakis, Walter Mondale, or George McGovern, all of whom had MORE experience than Obama, all of whom were actually to the *right* of Obama ideologically.
Unless John McCain is caught in a motel with a dead girl or a live boy, this election is his to lose.

Drudge is no longer an unbiased news source. He's never been without bias and he never professed to be without bias.
Your insinuation that in the past he has displayed an unbiased approach to the content on his site/radio program is not based on any sense of reality or history.
Perhaps you meant some other Drudge.
To: yldstrk
Yep, Drudge isn't allowed on my computer anymore. He is in love with Obammy and has been from the beginning.

Keep in mind that if he DOES have dirt on Obama it’s not in his best interests to release it before he is formally nominated. If anything major on Obama and/or Michelle comes out before the convention, all those Superdelegates could easily change their votes, and suddenly he loses the nomination.
There may well be a reason that Hillary used the word “suspending my campaign” just in case.

Of course he backs Obama, because that’s where the money is!. Hussein and his loose-cannon wife will give him lots to write about. Booring McCain, on the other hand, could cause him a financial drought!.

And what, Matt Drudge is supposed to fawn over the Clintons? He covered the rape allegations by Juanita Broaddrick, he broke the story of the semen-stained blue dress and Monica & Bill, he read the Starr investigation and knew about Bubba masturbating in the sink of the oval office, he knew about the illegal Chinese donations, he covered the sordid pardon scandal, in short he knows what sewage the Clintons are...
So why shouldn't he want them never in the WH again, why shouldn't he remind America what scum they are.
Thank God for Matt Drudge and the others who keep trying to bring the truth about the Clintons into the public view.
To: All
Drudge is cool. Ann Coulter is one of his best friends. Drudge is also staunchly pro-life. There is no way he wants Obama to appoint Supreme court justices.
I think that Drudge just dislikes Hillary, like I do. That is why I visit his site three times a day.

We should be no more concerned than our revolutionary ancestors at Lexington and Concord were 'concerned'.
If the 'Rats were to assume control of the entire machinery of government, they will (as they always do) over-reach and over-extend themselves so far as the exercise of raw political power, and when they do?
FR posting guidelines prohibit me from going into additional detail.
I'm not worried at all.

Actually, I believe the originator of that colorful phrase was noneother than former Governor Edwin Edwards of Louisiana, who was further immortalized in the '91 Governor's race between himself and the racist David Duke:
Bumper stickers seen:
"Vote for the Crook. It's Important"
"Vote for the Lizard, not the Wizard."
Gotta love it.
