You are absolutely correct. I don't think most folks need to be brain surgeons to figure out where this dumbass is heading. Surely, vets can see through this nonsense. It's called “too much of a good thing”.

My husband is a retired soldier (my hero). He completed his degree, as did my son, a five year veteran of the Coast Guard, with the aid of their GI Bill benefits. Both of them oppose this boondoggle. It is only another reason to hate the politics of Obama, the naive neophyte.
