(Yet again....) Pork tamales with masa de maize, and homegrown/homeroasted/toasted and ground chili powder as the main flavoring ingredient.

Waiting on the Roma tomatoes and basil out of the garden before the August pizza season and October beer season.

Having/being a chef on staff is really cool when you're broke.
