If the Supreme Court of the United States agrees to hear the case, I fear they will rule narrowly. As usual with the courts they will ignore the basic incompatibility of reconciling compulsory government schools with freedom of conscience and the First Amendment.
Government schools the First Amendment and freedom of conscience can NOT coexist.
As for David Parker, I don’t like parents using their children to advance a political end.
