It may be "believable" given the tenor of her prior comments, but we need to guard against the same kind of "fake but accurate" approach that CBS News once attempted to employ in supporting a bogus news story. We don't know that any tape exists, and so far the rumor-mongers who have promoted it (including the execrable Larry Johnson) have failed to deliver. Even if a tape does exist, we don't know what is on it, only supposed third-hand impressions and hearsay.
Increasingly, it sounds like a whole lot of nothing. I'm beginning to believe that some malicious but creative person is having a really good time at the expense of bloggers and news boards.
